They attend to whatever issues we have in the property. They see to it that we are always comfortable in the place we live in.

29th Mar 2026 (20 days ago)Thank you for belated apology. Like their co-conspirators Munro & Noble letting agents & solicitors from whom I have since belatedly acquired a written apology, 15 05 18. ASJ were the instigators & hence responsible for rendering me homeless 01 01 18. Disgraceful as are business reviews. Rendering tennents homeless, thru no fault of their own, has, since tgis debacle, been made illegal, in Scotland. (Post all but a decades lobbying. As of May 2026, this will also, be illegal in, England & Wales)...Ulster. I know not?

8th Aug 2025 (8 mo. ago)Arthur and Carmichael are a very well run firm that prides itself in providing sound legal advice and good customer service to its clients. I can personally vouch for that as I had to engage this firm on behalf of my elderly mother to deal with a complex crofting issue which had occurred. The advice received from Daniel was both comprehensive and very well explained, he certainly knew his stuff regarding the complexities of crofting law, he came across as being very personable and approachable. Laura who assisted with the sale of the property was also first class. They were both excellent at their jobs and I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm to others.

She is incredibly efficient and knowledgeable, always keeping me updated and taking the time to explain everything clearly. She kept me informed immediately every step of the way and is always on hand for advice and support. She has been invaluable to me in buying my house. I wouldn't hesitate to use her services again and would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone. She provided a genuinely brilliant service.

31st Mar 2026 (18 days ago)They managed to sell my home fairly quickly buy by their own admission, they aren't the cheapest estate agent locally. I didn't get the chance to proof read their property description before it went live which I found very strange but they subcontract that part out. It had a couple of errors in it that would have been easily spotted had I had the opportunity to see it. James was very helpful throughout the process and my property is now sold so they did their job.
