They know their market inside out, gave me a good valuation, arranged several viewings and we had an offer close to the asking price in only 3 weeks. Happy to recommend this company! (N.B. We have not yet completed as the Brecon property market has been very busy with longer waits than usual for surveyors and solicitors.)- This agent doesn't have any reviews

They understand the local market, did a really professional job with the photos and video for the marketing, and regularly updated me on viewings and outcomes. Thanks to their excellent advice, we sold my Dad's property at the end of November 24. The team are friendly, professional and excellent at their job. There is no need to look elsewhere!- 27th Jan 2025 (8 weeks ago)Just completed on the sale of my cottage with McCartneys and couldn’t speak more highly of the team. I have used McCartneys for various moves over the last twenty years and they have always been incredibly efficient and professional and also just a warm and kind lot of people to work with during a time that while exciting is also stressful. Vicky listened carefully to my opinions on pricing and showed my potential buyers round with grace, responding quickly to their queries. Cath was always at the end of the phone to answer my own questions. A cracking team. Thank you all.

They have answered every email I've sent. After reading the reviews I thought I'd leave one of my experience. I've not had a property from them as of yet but just enquiring and then viewing they were extremely helpful. Tina

26th May 2022 (2 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

26th Dec 2023 (1 year ago)Id give a lower score if I could! Stay well clear! Made an offer on a property for the full asking price after viewing. Was told there were no offers on the table at the time. The agent didn’t even acknowledge the email for 3 days until after id been chasing. Then was told 2 other offers had been made after my offer! As such, increased my offer which again wasn’t acknowledged. 3 weeks later to then be told my offer was not accepted and that the seller has gone with a local person who had more of a deposit than me? Couldn’t get any more local as I currently live within 200 metres of the house in question. Also, a higher deposit than me did not matter as they still needed a mortgage…. More excuses made by Paul saying he didn’t want to start a bidding war! A friend later rang Paul and offered £75k over the asking price and was told no more offers could be made as 3 offers were already on the table. Surely whoever offers the most gets the house??? This just proved it wasn’t a fair contest. Wouldn’t tell me how much the house went for in the end or who’d bought it. Works also started on the house a day after I was told my offer hadn’t been accepted! This was surely an inside job as you cannot buy a house and get all the legalities sorted within a day! Or maybe their offer was accepted 3 weeks before they’d told me I wasn’t accepted you may ask? Don’t sell your house through this joker! There was obviously an insensitive to choose which offer was accepted rather than who offered the most!!! The man’s guilt is written over his face as he likes to hide from myself and family members on the street! If you weren’t guilty, why would you try and hide? Stay clear folks!
