Denise and Kim have been absolutely outstanding from start to finish. They have grafted from our first conversation on the phone to the day they handed me and my fiancé the keys to our first home!
If we asked for something to be completed, it was done quicker with them than asking either parties solicitor’s.
I really cant fault the service these two lovely ladies have provided and myself and my partner are thrilled with our home!
They also give us a small moving in box and a card which was such a sweet gesture and really was appreciated!

Great service by Hunters. Valued my property whilst in extremely poor condition and said we’d obtain between £135-£140k once cleared and cleaned. Initial offer of £138k was accepted and completed today at £135k. Reduction was due to some works that was required when surveyed which Hunters nor myself were aware of. No minimum fee like other agents and paid 1% + vat which was less than Matthews estate agency minimum fee without VAT. Was kept up to date of progress all along by Denise. Thank you.

I cannot recommend, Deb from Hunters highly enough, from start to finish the experience was seamless and fast.
My partner and I are first time landlords, and didn't have all the necessary certificates in place - no problem - Deb got it all organised, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide monitors, electrical, gas service and so on.
The whole process has taken around 2-3 weeks from putting the property on the market, getting the work done and securing tenants.

They sold our 18th century cottage with no garden or parking at a time when house sales were slower.

Kim took over as their sales guru and our house sold within weeks. She pays attention to detail and called ahead to ask for advice on questions that may be asked. Kim is totally professional and makes selling your house a breeze.
She is loved by everyone she meets and gives everything to ensure your house is sold. Kim’s selling skills are so good we even purchased from her as she kept us updated on all properties available within our price range. She was never inappropriate on viewings as we have experienced with other agencies.
Paired with Denise, once the house was sold they worked tirelessly liaising with vendors, purchasers and solicitors to get the contracts exchanged and completed. They kept us updated at all times.
On completion we collected the keys and were given a lovely box of quality moving day goodies to include tea, coffee, biscuits, chocolates, money off vouchers and a magazine. What a lovely touch.

I would have to chase for updates, I was very uncomfortable around the agent, I was always shut down when I asked questions. I didn't think my house was going to sell I was thinking of using another agent. The description of our house and the area was poor the pictures where really bad I took better ones on my phone. I didn't get much feedback from viewers and when they did leave feedback I would have to call to find out. It took nearly 3 months to sell our house and it's still not complete. I had to ask for another colleague to carry on the sale of our house because we couldn't talk, ask the original person anything and it was becoming too awkward and uncomfortable working with them selling our house.
