They both have done an amazing job in selling my flat, they know the market well, they are very professional, engaged and efficient. Their social skills are excellent, warm yet authentic. They do the best to meet the needs of both the seller and the buyer.

They were interested in us and the property and worked with us to find the best way to market our property. We would definitely recommend Fisher German and shall certainly use them again in the future if there is a need, they definitely go above and beyond!

8th Jun 2024 (7 weeks ago)What can I say. If I could have used Ffion as my mortgage advisor, solicitor and estate agent then I would have. She was absolutely exceptional in every aspect! To start with the house viewing with her she was more than happy to answer any questions and actually had the answers unlike a few other estate agents I’ve used in the past. After the viewing if I had more questions she would give me the answer or she’d get the answer from the vendor as quickly as she could. As I’m a first time buyer the process of it all was a bit confusing to me, but Ffion was more than happy to help, she went above and beyond for me. I had lots of questions about the buying process and what happens next etc which she would talk me through. She would always help with trying to nudge the process along as sometimes I couldn’t get an answer from my solicitors she would also nudge them for a response which then helped moved the process along massively, without her I think I would have still been waiting for the sale to go through now! On the day of completion she was more than happy to help when I had a long way to travel and probably wasn’t going to arrive at the house within working hours but she helped come up with a solution which took the stress of me arriving there late away. Even now after completion, I have the odd question for either her or the vendor and still she’s so helpful and polite whereas I imagine some of the other estate agents I viewed properties with would have been done with me as soon as the sale went through. Overall Ffion and Dafydd Hardy made my first time house purchase completely stress free. If you’re buying a house for the first time or at all, I have my fingers crossed for you that you have Ffion on your side. Thank you very much for your continued help Ffion.

The photographs were fabulous, showing the house at it’s best. Any queries we had over the change in the housing market were dealt with reassuringly.
14th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)If you have to deal with Paul Kelly walk away, stringed me along for a month waiting forever for a simple online viewing, told me to wait for bigger studio to become available even though it wasn’t wanted, so I waited, sent messages no reply, “video is being done” absolute waste of time Update: Paul sent me a video Friday, I said I’d place a deposit to him Monday morning, and then I phoned you Monday morning, so how did he not here from me? Amazed someone can be fooled with lies so easily. Nice try with the working away excuse, took him three weeks to send a video when he lives in the building! Any prospective new tenants or customers please look at trust pilot before you go any further
