They provided the information I needed, when I needed it and were able to guide me through the process with their knowledge of the local market. When it came time to negotiate the sale with the buyers they helped to bring the contract to conclusion with a combination of in-depth knowledge, understanding and humour that was much appreciated. I am very happy to recommend them and the rest of the team in the Bangor office.
16th Dec 2023 (1 year ago)I feel a little harsh about the valuation score but they were off by £40k. The market is clearly difficult to judge at the moment. This however, is the only blemish in a very positive experience and to be fair, it's not really their fault.

Having sold my late mothers house earlier this year with the Caernarfon branch ,we decided to put our home on the market. The whole process was highly professional & again a positive experience . The team particularly Sioned ,were very friendly,down to earth & helpful .Nothing was too much trouble .Communication is top notch ,always available to deal with queries , returning phone calls & emails prompt. Thanks guys we are very happy in our new home! We would highly recommend DafyddHardy ,

They strive so hard for buyer and seller to match them up and care deeply that people make the right choices . They help with tasks that “go above and beyond” their remit and are relentless to get properties over the line . Iwan and Dafyd are so friendly and warm and caring guys with a sense of humour too which always helps in stressful situations which properties can be . Can’t recommend them enough …. Don’t look anywhere else ! These are your Guys
26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

16th May 2022 (3 years ago)Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months. So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.
