Booked an appointment to go see a unit we were keen about, 2 other people also took time off work. We arrived onsite to no one to show from legat Owens, and then the landlady arrived to ask us what we were doing as the unit has been rented out for the last 3 months.
So thank you legat Owens for completely wasting our time and letting us book time off work for a unit which isn’t for rent.

Sent an email today to Legat Owen following which Sue Wigfield promptly contacted my by phone. My query was answered fully in a polite and professional manner hence I give the number of stars I feel the company deserves.

Waste of time. We wanted to sell a commercial property. They got the measurements wrong, used old photos before a refurbishment & gave only the briefest of descriptions of the premises. They didn't send us the sale brochure as promised before listing. When we asked to have the listing removed from the websites until they redid the brochure with current photos & a proper description they promised to do it & didn't until we complained again. We were told by Matthew it hadn't been done because they were too busy. Definitely would not recommend them. They have obviously never heard of customer service.

I very rarely write reviews but on this occasion I felt credit should be given. During this pandemic I have been working with several estate agents expanding our business looking for office. Will was the person I dealt with, he was quick, efficient, responsive & was straight talking and honest. There were other agencies in the area who took 3 weeks to respond just to an enquiry! Will and the team were really helpful, professional , patient & got the job done. Defiantly would do business with them again

Avoid, they are just in it for the commission once your in they don't care, we moved into some premises for 12 months and within 3 months we've just found out that the landlord is ripping the site apart for housing!
Legat Owen have been less than helpful
