23rd Apr 2022 (2 years ago)I found them very ineffectual in the process with constant mistakes our house seems to have the sale going through but it was my husband that showed people around I believe by the interest that we had from day one that their estimate on the value was too low and you have to chase them for every piece of information

The process was a bit daunting and at some point it looked impossible but the reassurance and emotional support, the calmness and empathetic manner of approach and readiness to be of help really made things seamless and overall a worthwhile transition experience.
