Kirsty managed to secure our buyer soon after our house went on the market, even being available to show clients around when we was out of the country. When sales progression became stressful, Kirsty always made herself available to assist in anyway she could to help us through this time. Her dedication to her role and helping us to address any queries we had helped us to remain focused on our end goal of selling our property, allowing us to move on to our next much wanted purchase. Kirsty is a real credit to CR Real Estates.

I had sole agency and do not regret staying with them to the bitter end when a number of things went wrong with many buyers through no fault of Wright's. They were always kind and sympathetic when we had problems and went that extra mile to help. Thoroughly recommend them.

22nd Apr 2024 (4 days ago)Our experience with Mann Sales and Letting Agents Strood has been deeply disappointing. As someone with experience in leadership, I can confidently say that the issues my family faced clearly stem from leadership, as the agency has failed to take accountability for their poor service. The signs were there from the very first calls and continued all the way through. Appointment punctuality and coordination were major issues from the beginning. Scheduled viewings were consistently delayed, leaving us in uncomfortable situations and forcing us to personally show prospective buyers around our property. This lack of punctuality and disregard for our concerns was unacceptable. This not only inconvenienced us but also left us feeling uncomfortable and vulnerable. Moreover, prospective buyers also expressed dissatisfaction with their poor experience e.g., left waiting outside properties, unclear instructions, and poor communication. Transparency regarding the terms of the sole agency contract was also lacking. Critical details, such as the length of the agreement, were not adequately discussed, leaving us feeling misled and questioning the integrity of the process. Furthermore, the advertising of our property on Rightmove and other platforms was subpar. We were left to request enhancements and updates, reflecting poorly on the agency's commitment to effective marketing. Despite our attempts to address these issues, the agency has refused to take responsibility and has closed ranks. Even after following the 'official' complaints process, they have refused to allow us to alter the length of the contract or even to move to a multi-agency agreement, which is a basic and straightforward solution that can easily be done and has been advised by other professionals in the industry. I strongly caution against entrusting your property sale to Mann Sales and Letting Agents Strood. Should you decide to proceed with them, heed this advice: never concede to a sole agency contract, demand meticulous attention to the advertising of your property, and scrutinise every detail of the contract, particularly its duration. I firmly advocate for a contract length of no more than 4 weeks or 28 days. Furthermore, be resolute in avoiding coercion into utilising their in-house financial services. Despite our repeated insistence on retaining our trusted brokers, Mann Co persistently pressured us until we were compelled to inquire whether our decision to use our own brokers would pose a problem, emphasising the importance of asserting your preferences firmly. Overall, our experience has been disappointing, and we hope our feedback prompts Mann Sales and Letting Agents to reassess their practices, processes, and procedures and strive for improvement in the future. Now, we find ourselves left to wait out the length of the contract as they refuse to alter it. As a family with two young children, aged 2 and 4, it's evident that our needs have been consistently overlooked and disregarded throughout this entire ordeal.
10th Apr 2023 (1 year ago)We were told how well they are doing selling houses in the area and they had a long list of people on their books wanting to buy a house in our price range. Zero effect. Told us they had emailed details to potential buyers. Zero effect. Asked to drop price by a considerable amount for a re launch. Zero effect. We have wasted 20 weeks in which we could have sold and moved into anther property.
3rd Apr 2024 (23 days ago)I'm a first time home byer and I was finding it hard to find a good mortgage adviser. I was then recommended Audrey at MMS from my cousin who is with them. I spoke to Audrey and she went through all the details and got me a mortgage in principle. Audrey also kept me up to date with better deals as they were coming out to get the best rates. Audrey and her team helped me from start to finish and I felt more relaxed. I would like to say a big thanks to Audrey and her team for everything they have done and I will defiantly keep using them as there service is fantastic. 100%?????
23rd Oct 2022 (1 year ago)we had a lovely estate agent called lisa. We really struggled to find a place due to having not so good credit but she helped us endlessly, very kind and considerate. Fantastic company and agents. We couldn't recommend anyone else.

She was quick to respond to my emails and everything just sailed smoothly. I cannot recommend this firm and their proffessional personel Courtney enough. Thank you so much for your help.

The team were always approachable, took time to answer questions clearly and kept me up to date with the sale of the property. As and when any queries arose along the chain they were quick to think of solutions and continue the sale.

28th Mar 2024 (29 days ago)This was my 1st time being a Tenant due to divorce & moving out of my family home. The Bluebell Estate team showed their amazing true colours from the 1st phone call I made to them to enquire about a property. Throughout my 2.5 years tenancy I have found the whole team to be very professional but more importantly to me they have all been genuine, honest & lovely people. I recommend Bluebell Estates 100 percent.

Called agency to let them know that we late unforseen circumstances and we were told off. Lady called Katerina very unprofessional ,not accommodating us. Just a waist of time and petrol!

He has been superb in the sale of our house and went above and beyond to ensure that our sale went ahead. From the beginning to the end he has had a positive outlook. On our viewings he was bright and bubbly and ensured that the viewers were made aware of the benefits of our property,. When we eventually agreed a sale we had a long process due to the fact that the buyers held up matters, however Rhys would always be pressing to try and speed up the process and always kept us up to date and informed. At one stage our buyer went abroad, Rhys was on calls to our buyer at 1030 at night trying to deal with their queries in an attempt to push our sale through. We can’t thank Rhys enough for what he did for us. He is a real credit to his trade and we would throughly recommend using him to friends and family. Again thank you Rhys Henry

Staff were always positive, despite having a long 10 month wait which was down to vendors. Lovely little goodie bag received on completion.

Our own sale was extremely problematic to say the least, but you were always on top of everything relating to our sale and purchase and there is just no comparison in the wonderful service we received from you both and that of the agent we used to sell our home. Throughout the entire process we felt you really cared and all we can say is IF we ever had to do it again we would want you both by our sides. At every step of the process there was excellent communication and we were constantly kept up to date with any progress. The whole team went above and beyond to be as helpful as possible. In particular Lorraine and Claire were so brilliant; from arranging viewings, answering any questions, and even helping to contact solicitors for updates for us.
