Wasted two months in referencing process for letting a small room in a shared house. asking for NI number , bank statements, and bank details of the whole family for renting.<br>I will never recommend this estate agent to anyone for renting or buying a property .

8th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)Thank you to Joe & Mat and the rest of the Grey Fox team, they were brilliant, that’s the second time we have used Grey Fox and both times they were helpful and professional. We sold our house in Kent to relocate to West Sussex, a process which was quite daunting, however, they were supportive through the whole process.
7th Oct 2026 (16 days ago)Have used their services since they have acted as Management agent and been good until 3 years ago.<br><br>When asked about the tenants that lived there they never came and provided any checks when asked especially Alice. Each time i questioned this they never sent anyone round to fix any issues.<br>Once the sink tap was leaking and plumber was needed. They sent someone who ended causing a flood due to incompetance.<br>This is one issue another they charge exhorbitant fees to renew. Alice is purely interested in collection of payments nothing else!<br>She threatened legal action if payments were delayed.

2nd Jul 2026 (16 weeks ago)I could not be happier with Johns & Co, and in particular Anthony Norton and Rhiannon Howard! They made what can often be a very stressful process so much easier. They were incredibly responsive throughout, even while on annual leave, and consistently went above and beyond to keep things moving. It felt like they were doing the job of my solicitor as well!<br>Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to meet Rhiannon in person when I collected the keys to my flat, as she was in a meeting, but she truly deserves special recognition for all of her hard work and support.<br>As a first-time buyer, I found the whole process incredibly stressful and frustrating at times, but Anthony and Rhiannon were there every step of the way, providing reassurance and chasing things whenever needed.<br>I'm now officially four weeks into my new home, and I couldn't be more grateful. A huge thank you to everyone at Johns & Co, especially Anthony and Rhiannon. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a property.

Even though we had one fall through the team done their best to filter out tire kickers. Hopefully the sale completes as planned, would definitely recommend, I have now purchased and sold properties through different branches of RMJ .

She gave a realistic valuation and our property sold to the first viewers for the asking price. She also swiftly and professionally negotiated the purchase of our next home. She was extremely approachable, responsive and pro-active, but never pushy. She managed to handle every potential hitch so that we all came out feeling we had been fairly and respectfully treated, and that really is an achievement, given what a long and stressful process buying and selling is. Please don’t choose an agent that overvalues your property just to get it on their books, then lets it (and you) stagnate for months, even years. If you are serious about selling your property, then I would 100% recommend Godwin Curtis, and Jordan specifically – she is experienced, professional, a brilliant negotiator and will be with you every step of the way. Thank you, Jordan, and Godwin Curtis – you have literally made our dreams come true!

Family Homes were very responsive showing me properties and walked me through the process at every step, going above and beyond to find me not just a property but one that was suited for and fulfilled our needs in every way. My agent Razia in particular was always on hand to take calls and return them when any information needed handling, securing and negotiating a fantastic rate. I honestly am so appreciative of the whole team who worked together to help me and my baby complete the move. I am so happy in my new home and even now the team are on hand to help with anything I need. If you need a clear and friendly service that deliver real results these are the agents you’re looking for.

They were professional, brilliant with communication, and took the weight of contacting solicitors and helping to move everything forward. I have bought and sold a house previously with another chain estate agent and the difference in my experience is significant. I would always choose Joe and Chris at Greenleaf.

There was no hyped up estate agent talk or unrealistic valuation, which was a breath of fresh air. Emily then dealt with all of our viewings and process and she was amazing. She kept us informed consistently and put up with me and my husbands stressful rants - Emily would agree this wasn’t a plain sailing sale due to a certain solicitor delivering an appalling service. Emily deserves a medal for what she had to put up with. I would definitely recommend Eden Estates to anyone looking to sell or buy a property!

11th Oct 2026 (12 days ago)Really deceptive rendering of room photos using AI or software cleanup tools. The result is you'll arrive to see a house in far worse condition than in the photos. In effect that can lead to a huge time waste to potential buyers.<br>Check the photos. This house actually needs considerable modernisation but never know if from the photos and there is no indication that these are virtually staged pictures. Wards is another estate agent in the area that also creates deceptive representations but they actually label their virtual recreations as such and then show an actual photo.
