Wasted two months in referencing process for letting a small room in a shared house. asking for NI number , bank statements, and bank details of the whole family for renting.<br>I will never recommend this estate agent to anyone for renting or buying a property .
9th Aug 2026 (12 weeks ago)I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and none have measured up to Simon & Miller. Without a doubt the most considerate and supportive agency there is. Particularly the Maidstone branch and Karan Johnson, she is so delightful, friendly, reassuring and professional. The whole team are an absolute credit but Karan goes above and beyond. I hope to only deal with them in the future - thank you for making the last 3 years smooth and successful.
7th Oct 2026 (25 days ago)Have used their services since they have acted as Management agent and been good until 3 years ago.<br><br>When asked about the tenants that lived there they never came and provided any checks when asked especially Alice. Each time i questioned this they never sent anyone round to fix any issues.<br>Once the sink tap was leaking and plumber was needed. They sent someone who ended causing a flood due to incompetance.<br>This is one issue another they charge exhorbitant fees to renew. Alice is purely interested in collection of payments nothing else!<br>She threatened legal action if payments were delayed.

3rd Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)Absolutely love working with Debra at Wards. We bought our house 8 years ago with her and just sold and purchased with her this year. Debra has fantastic customer service and Wards didn't send us to any viewings that weren't suitable as they knew exactly what we wanted. We managed to secure a house before it went on the market thanks to Wards and are extremely happy. Definitely advise to go with them rather than another agent in Rochester.

The whole process was incredibly quick and smooth, and we couldn’t have asked for a better service. The team were all very helpful, professional and always accessible whenever we needed to contact them. We’re really grateful for all their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home!

Her knowledge and professionalism has been outstanding from start to finish. Nothing was ever too much bother. If I had a question or issue through the process, I spoke with Andy the shop manager in Niamh’s absence. He too was outstanding and professional too. I would highly recommend this Team at Mann Rochester for making the whole process smooth and problem free.

They’re a lovely, genuine team who offer a personal and thoughtful approach, you can tell they work well together and genuinely care about the people they look after.<br><br>Karina, Kelly and Debbie have all been absolutely lovely and helpful throughout. Our problems are always resolved.<br><br>I’ve really enjoyed being a tenant with Bluebell Estates and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, approachable and caring estate agency. Thank you all for being so lovely!

He was always approachable, patient and willing to explain things clearly, making sure we understood what was happening at each stage. He was incredibly responsive, professional and genuinely went above and beyond to help us.<br><br>What stood out most was that we always felt we had someone who genuinely cared about making all things happen , rather than simply going through the motions.<br><br>Buying our first home was a huge milestone for our family, and having Matt supporting us made the experience considerably easier and less stressful. They were professional, brilliant with communication, and took the weight of contacting solicitors and helping to move everything forward. I have bought and sold a house previously with another chain estate agent and the difference in my experience is significant. I would always choose Joe and Chris at Greenleaf.

There was no hyped up estate agent talk or unrealistic valuation, which was a breath of fresh air. Emily then dealt with all of our viewings and process and she was amazing. She kept us informed consistently and put up with me and my husbands stressful rants - Emily would agree this wasn’t a plain sailing sale due to a certain solicitor delivering an appalling service. Emily deserves a medal for what she had to put up with. I would definitely recommend Eden Estates to anyone looking to sell or buy a property!

17th Oct 2026 (15 days ago)We have recently completed on the sale of our family home which was handled expertly by Dan and his team. From the initial meeting and valuation with Dan he made us feel at ease and confident in his abilities. Throughout the whole process the communication with the team was exceptional, we even had responses late into the evening which shows how much care is taken to look after there clients. Would we reccomend Dan Thomas & Co? We already have to one of our neighbours and would highly reccomend there services to anyone looking to sell. We felt they was small enough to care but also large enough to receive the best of services. To us it's the little things like the telephone always being answered, emails and Whatsapp messages being anserwed very promptly. Thank you once again to Dan and his wonderful team.

He has always been happy to help with any questions, offer advice and provide support whenever needed. Nothing has ever been too much trouble, and his friendly, professional approach has made the whole experience so much easier. 11th Oct 2026 (21 days ago)Really deceptive rendering of room photos using AI or software cleanup tools. The result is you'll arrive to see a house in far worse condition than in the photos. In effect that can lead to a huge time waste to potential buyers.<br>Check the photos. This house actually needs considerable modernisation but never know if from the photos and there is no indication that these are virtually staged pictures. Wards is another estate agent in the area that also creates deceptive representations but they actually label their virtual recreations as such and then show an actual photo.
