From the first viewing of our property Kendell was warm, welcoming and professional. The rest of our sale was managed by Dallas who maintained communication regularly. Dallas was professional, positive and worked tirelessly to exchange. We always felt in good hands, we had a previously disappointing experience where our chain had broken and Dallas was understanding of this offering regular reassurance and updates. Gary had been very supportive of seeing this process through which has been a long one, couple of times wanted to take it off the market but persuaded me to keep it on! Hannah and Jenny have both been fabulous for generating bookings during the viewings period. A thanks to Luke as well. Kim fantastic with the STC period helping with the complicated process of keeping everyone updated with progress and any information/ issues that occurred!<br>So thank you all very much and I’m sure you are all breathing a sigh of relief this one is in the bag ??????

From the very beginning, Lorraine and nick and the whole team were friendly, professional, and incredibly supportive throughout what was a long and sometimes stressful process.<br><br>As first-time buyers and both being self-employed, there were definitely challenges along the way, but Lorraine always kept us updated, answered our questions, and was so reassuring whenever we needed it.
