Having just gone through a tortuous selling process, I am full of admiration and gratitude to the amazing staff I dealt with. Gary, Kim, Nancy, and especially Hannah Forrest who was just so supportive and proactive throughout, dealing with all my frustration and pain. Fantastic service and would have no hesitation recommending these guys to anyone looking to sell their property. They are a credit to their profession.
8th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I highly recommend Medway Mortgage Shop if you are looking to secure a mortgage, remortgage, or sell your property. I am a first time buyer and Audrey at MMS helped me to secure a mortgage and made what is typically quite a daunting process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Audrey was incredibly helpful - she explained the whole process clearly and found me the best deal possible. During the conveyancing process the mortgage rates dropped, and Audrey took the time to let me know and re-submit my mortgage application so I could get the lower rate. The communication from everyone at MMS was fantastic - they are very quick to respond, happy to help with any queries, and offered a great service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for any mortgage needs. Fantastic service, thank you Audrey & MMS!

12th Jun 2026 (7 days ago)I first used Jacksons in 2022. They marketed the property well and arranged and conducted the viewings for me. They provided prompt feedback from the viewings and offered advice as to the best way to proceed. They were very easy to contact and always got back to me when I left a message. This year (2026) I used Jacksons again recently for the sale of my late father's home. Once again they were excellent at marketing the property, arranging viewings and providing feedback and were easy to get in touch with. The sale completed from start to finish in just over three months. I would definitely use Jacksons again in the future.- 10th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I had a great experience with this estate agency. We’d previously been with a rival agent, and to be honest, they left us absolutely hating the whole process of trying to sell; it was frustrating, impersonal, and just a total headache. Switching to Wards was like night and day. The team—and especially Anna—completely turned things around for us. What I appreciated most about Anna was her straightforward honesty; she never gave us the usual run-around and was always totally transparent, which was such a refreshing change. She didn't just go through the motions; she actually listened and ended up finding us the absolute dream next chapter for our family’s lives. It felt like she was genuinely invested in getting us into the right place rather than just chasing a commission, and we’re so grateful she helped us turn a negative experience into such a massive win.

Charlotte was also brilliant throughout the process and kept everything moving smoothly. Communication was excellent, and everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. I would highly recommend MMS to anyone looking for mortgage advice, especially first-time buyers. 18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Following an appraisal and long chat with Wendy, who is so calm and reassuring, I went ahead with letting my property using their services. The whole team are professional, experienced, knowledgeable and I am very happy with the whole process.

6th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience. I arranged a viewing for a rental property and received confirmation that the appointment had been booked. Shortly afterwards, I noticed the property had been marked as "let agreed" on social media, yet nobody from the company contacted me to cancel or explain the situation. When I chased them for clarification, I was told it was an error and that my viewing would still be going ahead. I then took a day off work to attend the viewing, only to receive a text message cancelling the appointment while I was sitting outside the property. After calling the office and struggling to get a clear answer, I eventually spoke with Tori and a new viewing was arranged for the following week. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again. I saw on Instagram that the property had once more been advertised as "let agreed", yet nobody contacted me. I had to chase the company again and was eventually informed, less than 24 hours before the rearranged viewing, that the property was no longer available. The communication throughout this process was extremely poor. I wasted annual leave, spent considerable time chasing updates, and was repeatedly left in the dark about the status of the property. Had the company communicated proactively and professionally, this could have been avoided. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would be reluctant to deal with them again.

Vicky always explained every step so well as renting has changed recently, always at the end of the phone to answer any questions and replied to emails promptly. Honestly cannot fault greenleaf at all. Thank you so much for all of your help!

9th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)5 starts purely for Kyra Naomi, we ended up enduring a 9month sale that was not straight forward and Kyra was attentive the entire time. Most people in this situation would give up or not be bothered as it took so long but Kyra was always on the phone or available by text never an issue. Great employee. TA did not act on behalf of me but Kyra was great to deal with.

26th May 2026 (24 days ago)I recently completed on my first home purchase and I honestly cannot thank Jack and the whole team at Ewemove enough. From start to finish, Jack was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. He was always approachable, professional, responsive and genuinely went above and beyond to help keep things moving and reduce stress wherever possible. As a first-time buyer, there were a lot of moments where guidance and communication made all the difference, and Jack consistently delivered both. Even when there were delays and issues outside of his control, he stayed proactive, kept me updated and was always willing to chase things up when needed. It genuinely felt like he cared about getting the purchase over the line rather than just treating it as another transaction. The whole team were friendly and helpful throughout, and the level of service I received was far better than I expected from an estate agent. I would absolutely recommend Ewemove, and Jack in particular, to anyone buying or selling a property. When the time eventually comes for me to sell, he will definitely be my first port of call. Thank you again for all your hard work and support.

Solid advice when needed, also took their advice on conveyancer choice and that was a good move too.
