28th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)I've not come across an agent that is só invested in both seller and buyer interests. Colin guided me every step of the way. Always on time when we had viewings and communication was never an issue, whether it was Email exchanges, calls or texts. Not once throughout did I wonder "what next?" or "what am I waiting on?". He guided me with solicitor communication, and we got the purchase completed within 9 weeks from viewing, to moving in. Fantastic service, and would absolutely recommend ??????

27th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)I was a tenant of Dockside Property services for two years. In that time, they charged me disgusting amounts for a check in fee, check out few, signing fee, if they had any involvement you better believe you'd pay for it. They also took 1.5 years of that two year tenancy to fit a bathroom extractor fan which was broken when I moved in, and that the previous tenant tried to get fixed. Every issue I ever raised was dealt with in a sluggish manner sadly - an online portal / report system can be as fancy as it wants - but it doesn't help unless you actually check it. They were also kind enough to charge us for additional cleaning of the property when we left it spotless - as well as trying to charge us £60 for replacing a piece of wood under the dishwasher that wasn't fitted back after repairs that they did. The reason it didn't fit was because the repair made the gap physically too small for the wood to fit in, so oddly enough I couldn't refit it, but somehow they didn't seem to understand that. Maybe they didn't do that "get the shape in the hole" game when they were younger. After explaining this they then doubled down on their stupidly and we disputed via the DPS, and they settled in our favour because I figure someone that works there actually has eyes / a basic understanding of shapes and measurements. Either way, I wouldn't rent from them again unless I had no other option. Oh, and if you're looking at renting 25 The Eye, the flats in Chatham, the hot water is basically non existant (unless you take 3 second showers), the washing machine is from the early 90's, rent is very high, you can hear every breath of your neighbours (above, on both sides and below) as well as the lovely potent smelling...."cigarettes" from those below 24/7 - and if you hear a scuttling in the night in the walls or see something dash across the kitchen floor, don't worry, that's just the rats from the bin store under the building. ??????
22nd May 2026 (29 days ago)At first, I was skeptical about dealing with this agency but Kirsty was so professional and helpful from day one. She is very communicative, woke up at times to her email and calls, and this made the process smooth.
8th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience renting through this estate agent was extremely disappointing. Throughout our tenancy we reported multiple issues with the property, including mould concerns and a broken kitchen extractor fan which was reported but never repaired during the entire 1 year and 5 months we lived there. We also requested permission to decorate parts of the property to improve its condition, but never received any response from the estate agent regarding this. Shortly after raising concerns about the condition of the property, we were served a Section 21 notice and informed by both the landlord and estate agent that the property was being sold. Less than a month after vacating the property, it has now been relisted for rent by the same estate agent using the same listing photos, which has left us feeling very misled about the reasons we were given for having to leave. Communication throughout our tenancy was often poor, and even after vacating the property we have still had no contact regarding the return of our deposit or any proposed deductions. I normally would not leave a negative review, but based on our experience I would strongly advise future tenants to carefully document everything and ensure all communication is kept in writing.

From the very beginning, they were professional and incredibly supportive throughout the entire process. Selling and moving can be stressful, but the team made everything feel much more manageable. They kept us informed at every stage, provided honest advice, and were always available to answer our questions. Their communication was excellent, and we felt they genuinely cared about achieving the best outcome for us. Thank you for helping us with our move, would highly recommend!

Lewis Wood who dealt with our viewings was extremely helpful and professional and when we did decide not to proceed he was very understanding and empathetic. Very impressed with the whole experience. 8th May 2026 (6 weeks ago)I highly recommend Medway Mortgage Shop if you are looking to secure a mortgage, remortgage, or sell your property. I am a first time buyer and Audrey at MMS helped me to secure a mortgage and made what is typically quite a daunting process as smooth and stress-free as possible. Audrey was incredibly helpful - she explained the whole process clearly and found me the best deal possible. During the conveyancing process the mortgage rates dropped, and Audrey took the time to let me know and re-submit my mortgage application so I could get the lower rate. The communication from everyone at MMS was fantastic - they are very quick to respond, happy to help with any queries, and offered a great service from start to finish. I would highly recommend them for any mortgage needs. Fantastic service, thank you Audrey & MMS!

12th Jun 2026 (8 days ago)I first used Jacksons in 2022. They marketed the property well and arranged and conducted the viewings for me. They provided prompt feedback from the viewings and offered advice as to the best way to proceed. They were very easy to contact and always got back to me when I left a message. This year (2026) I used Jacksons again recently for the sale of my late father's home. Once again they were excellent at marketing the property, arranging viewings and providing feedback and were easy to get in touch with. The sale completed from start to finish in just over three months. I would definitely use Jacksons again in the future.

Charlotte was also brilliant throughout the process and kept everything moving smoothly. Communication was excellent, and everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. They made what could have been a stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. I would highly recommend MMS to anyone looking for mortgage advice, especially first-time buyers. 6th Jun 2026 (14 days ago)Extremely disappointing experience. I arranged a viewing for a rental property and received confirmation that the appointment had been booked. Shortly afterwards, I noticed the property had been marked as "let agreed" on social media, yet nobody from the company contacted me to cancel or explain the situation. When I chased them for clarification, I was told it was an error and that my viewing would still be going ahead. I then took a day off work to attend the viewing, only to receive a text message cancelling the appointment while I was sitting outside the property. After calling the office and struggling to get a clear answer, I eventually spoke with Tori and a new viewing was arranged for the following week. Unfortunately, the same thing happened again. I saw on Instagram that the property had once more been advertised as "let agreed", yet nobody contacted me. I had to chase the company again and was eventually informed, less than 24 hours before the rearranged viewing, that the property was no longer available. The communication throughout this process was extremely poor. I wasted annual leave, spent considerable time chasing updates, and was repeatedly left in the dark about the status of the property. Had the company communicated proactively and professionally, this could have been avoided. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company and would be reluctant to deal with them again.

Vicky always explained every step so well as renting has changed recently, always at the end of the phone to answer any questions and replied to emails promptly. 26th May 2026 (25 days ago)I recently completed on my first home purchase and I honestly cannot thank Jack and the whole team at Ewemove enough. From start to finish, Jack was absolutely brilliant throughout the entire process. He was always approachable, professional, responsive and genuinely went above and beyond to help keep things moving and reduce stress wherever possible. As a first-time buyer, there were a lot of moments where guidance and communication made all the difference, and Jack consistently delivered both. Even when there were delays and issues outside of his control, he stayed proactive, kept me updated and was always willing to chase things up when needed. It genuinely felt like he cared about getting the purchase over the line rather than just treating it as another transaction. The whole team were friendly and helpful throughout, and the level of service I received was far better than I expected from an estate agent. I would absolutely recommend Ewemove, and Jack in particular, to anyone buying or selling a property. When the time eventually comes for me to sell, he will definitely be my first port of call. Thank you again for all your hard work and support.
