30th Sep 2025 (1 year ago)To be fair I did not know about BenSiggins until I signed up with GetAgent. Kevin Dennett was my main point of contact. I had a meeting with him and he explained everything that I needed to know in a short space of time. He was very professional as were the other people at BenSiggins that I had contact with. My late parent’s house was put on the market very shortly after our meeting. There were several viewings during the next two to three weeks. I had a reasonable offer from a first time buyer with no chain at all and I accepted it. This was all done within 6 weeks or so. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending BenSiggins and would defiantly use them again in the future should the need arise. Steve Rebindaine
9th Aug 2026 (9 weeks ago)I have dealt with many estate agents over the years and none have measured up to Simon & Miller. Without a doubt the most considerate and supportive agency there is. Particularly the Maidstone branch and Karan Johnson, she is so delightful, friendly, reassuring and professional. The whole team are an absolute credit but Karan goes above and beyond. I hope to only deal with them in the future - thank you for making the last 3 years smooth and successful.

Unfortunately due to a change in personal circumstance we had to pull our property from the market but we will not hesitate to go back to them when we're ready. Ask any question she’ll respond promptly. She is very knowledgeable in what she does. Highly recommend her to anyone selling or buying a property.

Their website is almost unusable and unprofessional stating terms like 'Hicks deals with literally hundreds of property transactions every year'. The limited properties on sale suggests this is not the case. Likely due to their lack of effort when presenting someone's home for sale. Look at a Hicks advert on a major property selling website as an example and this is clear. Limited blurred pictures, with poorly worded descriptions. It is pointless enquiring about a property they advertise as they never respond. I feel quite sorry for the people selling with them.
3rd Sep 2026 (5 weeks ago)We agreed for viewing of a property and I arrived on time to the location. Waited for 30 min and no agent arrived. They did not even call me to let me know if it was cancelled or for whatever reason. I even called them on the same day, a few hours back, to ask about something which I assumed they were reminded about our appointment. What a waste of time, effort and resources.

Any queries were responded to quickly and I was kept up to date with progress at every step. I was very happy with the service I received from the whole team and I would definitely recommend. It felt that because I could not afford a higher-priced property, I was not treated as a genuine potential client at all.<br><br>I contacted them in July regarding a property they were advertising — and to this day, I am still waiting for the promised callback.<br><br>Let this serve as a warning to anyone, whether buying or selling, considering using their services.

There was no hyped up estate agent talk or unrealistic valuation, which was a breath of fresh air. Emily then dealt with all of our viewings and process and she was amazing. She kept us informed consistently and put up with me and my husbands stressful rants - Emily would agree this wasn’t a plain sailing sale due to a certain solicitor delivering an appalling service. Emily deserves a medal for what she had to put up with. I would definitely recommend Eden Estates to anyone looking to sell or buy a property!

As a buyer I felt like he was on my side, which is rare. Kieran was very prompt, knowledgeable and professional. Ryan is professional, curious and a great sense of humour too! Totally recommend! Thank you, Kirsten O'Connor ??????<br>( I have no connection whatsoever to the business or the people, I just felt I wanted to give praise where it's due).
31st Aug 2026 (5 weeks ago)Would appear the house was over valued by the estate agent so setting wrong expectations about what price could be achieved. Minimal viewings Person showing the house (not the exp lead) arrived at the same time as the potential buyers so house wasn’t opened up or displayed to best advantage No communication from the estate agent I would not use exp again. Very disappointed.
