Mr Lawson is a very friendly person and has plenty of years of experience in the area and is very knowledgable. All their properties are fairly priced, which means equally good for the seller and buyer, so no pull out after making an offer. Just bought one property through them and would really recommend to those who are considering either to sell or buy.

26th Jul 2022 (1 year ago)I can only describe the place as an absolute shambles, the staff at head office could not run a bath let alone trying to sell a property. y They failed to manage viewings adequately and lied about loosing the keys to my property, then tried to blame me for their inadequacies! If it were my business I would be taking a serious look at the competency of my staff...

17th May 2023 (1 year ago)Only £99 in estate agency fees. Sold in a week! Easy to use portal to load up property info and photos also respond to queries and set up viewings etc. Highly recommend if you want to DIY.

6th Sep 2022 (1 year ago)Habitats - now called Agreed. Really impressed with the concept and overall with the site and process. Very quick to get my property online, booked a floorplan and it was carried out very promptly, house was uploaded to Rightmove and Zoopla in now time and it sold in days (although that's down to market conditions too). Overall really happy although the actual site can be a tad glitchy and perhaps from a buyers point of view a bit more guidance is needed...my FTB struggled a bit. Help function generally very responsive though. Sale hasn't yet completed as we are only a week in but if all continues as it started they will deserve 5 stars and I've saved over £1k in agent fees.
