I found in this agency a team of very professional, equitable agents. Their goal is to thank both the tenant and the landlord, and I don't know how they are doing but ... they succeed. Thank you Hunters team, I feel blessed to have met you
Very bad services. It 's a shame Duo is a wife of Paul. Teamed up to throw dust to the eyes of the public. Rating themselves 5stars. Not being rude though, they don't even deserve one star. Never recommend to anyone
A great agent that I have used many times. Having experienced working with other estate agents I would rate Sarah Mains above anyone else. Their initial valuation was good and sales team also very friendly and willing to help when asked to do so. If I had any problems I just had to call.
If I had to be picky and say one thing that could be improved that would be communicating developments as soon as they happen to appease anxious sellers. I found myself having to chase things up a couple of times, but to be fair I am pretty impatient!
All in all, a great team and I would definitely use their services again.
Recently we had a house to sell and one of the estate agents we contacted was Sarah MAINS - my details were taken very efficiently and a valuer Aimee LYNCH attended our house very promptly armed with lots of information about the selling of houses in the area and gave us lots of information to have food for thought, Aimee was so professional and informative. Although I got other estate agents to attend Aimee was our immediate choice as she really sold the package.
Next we had Wendy SOPWITH at the office who supported us with any information we needed and kept us fully informed with viewings and updated information. Within one day of our house going "live" on the market it was sold.
On one occasion I had occasion to ring out of hours and spoke with Lauren at the Low Fell branch and she was so extremely helpful also.
I have sold many houses in my time but this is the best experience I have ever had from an Estate agent by all members of staff involved and I would highly recommend them. The experience has been so easy and they make you feel like a valued customer. Keep up the good work one and all.

Great team, really invested in the selling process and pushed the chain as if it was their own sale. Would have no hesitation in recommending Bowes at all. Pleasure to deal with.
If I could give it 0 stars I would. Inpetant and rude.
Tour around the flat was rushed and inpersonal, she couldn't answer any of our questions. Lasted all of 2 minutes and it was clear she didn't want to be there. She also kept the fees and what was required of us silent until we went to sign for it.
Put a holding fee down on a flat with the Manager. She told us the flat was ours. We bought furniture and were meant to be moving in in the next month. We get an unapologetic EMAIL (not even the Courtesy of a call) a week later to say it had been rented to someone else. It's worth mentioning the estate agent knew the day after we signed the flat and kept it to herself, couldn't be bothered to let a know before we wasted money ordering furniture for a flat we actually didn't have.
When we phoned up angry, the estate agent had a horrible attitude, and made it out to not be even remotely her fault. She couldn't explain herself or her behaviour, and just continued to make sarcastic remarks such as "I've already explained it to the other girl. Do I need to explain it to you as well?"
They offered no help on finding another flat. There was no proper apology. Disgraceful. Perhaps the worst estate agents I've encountered. Dont bother.
As a landlord, I have been very happy with the service I have had fro Danielle and the team. They are quick and responsive to the needs of both the landlord and the tenant and while always keeping me informed, they are capable taking responsibility for the smooth running of the tenancy. I have never had to chase them for late or missing payments and have never had a significant void period. I am happy to recommend living Spaces to other landlords.
Backing up what people have already stated but this agencies service is horrendous.
I emailed a few enquiries to them on Wednesday 26th June 2019 stating that I urgently needed to find something and could only view properties this coming weekend 28th June 2019.
I have not had any form of contact from them, phone or email, and when I have checked again this morning the two specific properties that I asked about have now been removed from the market.
Is this because they are no longer available, is this because someone has taken them? How am I meant to know?!
Appalling that not one person has called or emailed me about my enquiry.
I would avoid this company at all costs and I do not understand how they get any business when I don't seem to be the only one they have not contacted!
I have dealt with Tom for a number of years now and I have to say he is without doubt the best and most proactive agent I have ever dealt with.
I recently give him two of my rental properties and he had tenants secured for them within a matter of days.
Not only is he successful at getting my properties let but he is reliable, trustworthy and most importantly honest which is something I cant say about most other agents.
If you are looking at using an agent to rent your property out in the New Year I would certainly not hesitate in getting in touch with Tom. I cannot recommend him enough.
Very unprofessional , they do not know what's going on around them. Rip off merchants, would not let them sell a tent.

Sam from Bowson was fantastic throughout my letting process. I needed to let a property within a week and he was able to schedule me a viewing and work with the landlord to find me a property within such short notice. He was very friendly and cheerful throughout and made the process very easy for me!
Spurious 'cleaning charges' deducted from deposits with no justification. Cleaning charges for items they say in their own check out report do not need cleaning.
Repairs never carried out, even safety related ones.
No doubt they are great for landlords, but not interested in tenants. Especially students who they simply treat as 'bread and butter'.
