Superb communication and very efficient. Won’t hesitate to recommend this company. Well experienced staff to deal with and always available to assist. Thanks for your help.
I bought a off plan unit from Aspen Woolf in a residential development in Manchester to be built by Pinnacle Alliance. 3 years later we have no building or pay our deposit back. A total SCAM and fraud. I lost my life savings. A word of advice before you pay any money , make sure you are dealing with a company with credit and morals.
Found us the same house we seen with another agent but had cheaper fee's...really cant complain. Viewings went well had a good selection nice staff that new what they are doing...and we got in all of the houses which is usually rare on viewings!! would recommend!!!!!
After being promised a month ago when we moved in that the house would be cleaned with all repair work done, i'm still sat in a room with plaster covering the wall (which was supposed to be sorted out today, no surprise that no one came). The house was filthy when we moved in, and was told a cleaner would come... she has been twice (about 6 hours overall) however if the house was cleaned before we moved in (as told it would of been by pro-lets themselves) we wouldn't have to keep bringing the issue back up. The bathroom ceiling is covered in damp, and still hasn't been sorted out, they are aware that people are living here with asthma but clearly do not care about their tenants. We are paying alot of money for a house which wasn't inspected when we first moved in, peoples belongings were still around from the previous tenants and lots of things are broken...still unfixed. I wouldn't recommend this company, they aren't cooperative and keep assuring us that they are "too busy" to sort out the problems. :)
Recently we had a house to sell and one of the estate agents we contacted was Sarah MAINS - my details were taken very efficiently and a valuer Aimee LYNCH attended our house very promptly armed with lots of information about the selling of houses in the area and gave us lots of information to have food for thought, Aimee was so professional and informative. Although I got other estate agents to attend Aimee was our immediate choice as she really sold the package.
Next we had Wendy SOPWITH at the office who supported us with any information we needed and kept us fully informed with viewings and updated information. Within one day of our house going "live" on the market it was sold.
On one occasion I had occasion to ring out of hours and spoke with Lauren at the Low Fell branch and she was so extremely helpful also.
I have sold many houses in my time but this is the best experience I have ever had from an Estate agent by all members of staff involved and I would highly recommend them. The experience has been so easy and they make you feel like a valued customer. Keep up the good work one and all.

Helen Knight has been dealing with my move. To say she has been amazing would be an understatement. I have been notified about every little detail and for a first time buyer I’ve found that so, so helpful.
So a big thank you to Helen for making my first time buying experience the best!
I have had an excellent experience with Abode
They have always done what you expect from them and more.
They have been happy to help me after getting locked out and redirect mail for myself and my housemates.
Absolutely appalling company. Avoid like the plague!!
We originally took the tenancy out through another agent and moved into an unfurnished property that had not been cleaned prior to moving in. The carpets were disgusting and had been in the property for at least 3 years prior that I know of, we washed and cleaned the carpets throughout and got on with living in our new home. ( original condition of the property had nothing to do with abode. Just setting the scene) After 4 years with a few issues along the way the time came to move on. Throughout the tenancy when abode took over, many issues were raised that the previous agent failed to rectify I do give abode their duews they did get them resolved. we were subjected to 2-4 inspections per year, not once was any issue brought up with the condition of the house during or after each inspection. When questioned on the frequency of inspections they agreed to reduce to 2 per year. We had an inspection a week or so before we moved out and again no issues brought up. When then moved out and had a final inspection and what do you know! There was various issues so until they were rectified our bond was not released! When challenged on this abode advised it was the landlord instructing them.
So I called the landlord directly after a week of stress and many emails and calls passed back n forth, the landlord advised he was more than happy with the house and infact he didn’t actually know what the condition the house was in when we moved in. The only issue was the outside bins were full and he needed to make sure they were emptied which would be on the following Tuesday when the bin men came. The landlord then called abode to instruct them to release our bond minus £50 in case the bins didn’t get emptied. ( which we were more than happy with) clearly abode were creating issues as a tactic to withhold the bond!
During the heated discussions with abode when challenged on what the landlord had said they stated the landlord was lying etc etc maybe because he didn’t want me to contact him! If that was the case then why did the landlord give me his contact number in the first place???? Hmmm go figure!
Be very very careful during any dealings with this estate agent!
