I received unjust invoices, very distressing and inconvenient. I asked for a office phone - I never got it. Oh, and my employee resigned over the terrible noise in the co-working office as she could not perform her duties - cost me disruption to my business and I am in-dept to this company for rent as they wont let me out of my contract with no charge despite everything they put me through. Avoid the co-working office and go for a single office the size of a match box with no window and pay lots of money for it instead is my advice or better still go somewhere else.
COULDN’T BE HAPPIER!! The staff were great...I dealt with Claire and Michael predominately from sales who couldn’t do enough. In a winter period when it’s harder to sell properties the agents realistically priced my flat and sold it at a price I was happy with. Always approachable and well informed with property in the area they made the sale experience easier with their help. The sale fee was fair too so it’s well worth using the agent. Don’t look elsewhere they done a great job and I wouldn’t hesitate to use again in the future..Thanks Very Much to the whole Team!! Tony
Incompetent, slow, unreliable.
Been Tenants with Bowes Mitchell for nearly 3 years, we are luckily moving out but thats also presented its own problems.
From when we moved in they have always been slow in contacting our landlord, to the point where we were without a working shower for 4 months and when we chose to contact our landlord directly he told us that he wasn't aware of the issue and he got it fixed within 48 hours.
We have issues with the front door, they refuse to acknowledge or provide us with updated details for our landlord.
They seem more concerned with carrying out 6 month checks and worrying about whether the front garden grass is trimmed or not! Bearing in mind that the front garden is more weeds than grass, horribly uneven and they refuse to accept that and blame us for not keeping on top of the garden!
Then we come to the most recent issue, they don't seem to want to do viewings for during their office hours and would much prefer making us as tenants carry out the viewings. Which would be fine if they informed us of any changes in veiwing appointments! But suprise suprise they don't tell us and then blame us for not receiving a voicemail! I gave them my email address instead, was promised I would get an email about viewing appointments, and yet again they haven't bothered emailing.
Be glad to be rid of them!

Used these guys (or tried to) a couple houses back. Found a lovely place, paid all the fees, and was all set to move in. Seemed ideal.
That was, until 2 weeks prior to moving in we're informed the landlord doesn't have an HMO licence, so we have to either boot someone out, or find a whole new property at short notice.
THEN, they told us they were keeping all our cash. Took another week or so to fight for it back, as they hadn't done their job and we'd done nothing wrong. Safe to say, I've redirected plenty business away from them since. Unfortunate they got an even larger premises!
Overall experience with mansons was excellent from start to finish. Paul was happy to help with any questions we had. Absolutely love the property. ????
Worst tenancy ever despite an amazing flat!
We didn't mind paying more than £700 fees for a 6 months contract as we have been promised premium service. Unfortunately the service offered was almost non-existant, we had to wait 2 months for the oven to be repaired, we had 3 flooding incidents (hence no water available, terrible smell, no shower, no dishwasher, no wash machine...) handled in a shockingly poor maner with no consideration for the inconvenience this caused us. As a result of this we had to leave the property for ten days in total. We have been asking for a rent abatement and the only answer given for the past 5 weeks is that they can't reach the landlord... It is clear that once you signed the contract and paid the fees their job is done.
Also I totally agree with the review below from another user: "Not to be trusted. Would not be surprised if some of the positive reviews on this site are by members of their own staff. Strange that the positive reviews are on the same day or only a day apart?"

Good experience with Bowson. Great comms throughout the tenancy. Issues we highlighted when moving in were solved very quickly and viewings carried out towards the end were organised well in advance. Would recommend for sure.
Slow at everything when it's for the customer, quick when it's their benefit.
Took two months to change a broken bed and over a week to fix a broken fridge after all our food had gone bad.
Disrespectful staff, assumed we are lying about the fridge and asked us to wait for it to fix itself. Very dry unfriendly emails.
