I contacted Bridgfords about finding me a Quayside apartment with great rental potential. After being underwhelmed by the responses and support from other local estate agents, Jamie was helpful and proactive right from the get go. He listened to my requirements, made great recommendations based on his knowledge of the local market and made me feel like I was getting a very personalised service. I would definitely recommend Bridgfords and use them for my future real estate needs.
Nothing but a nightmare working with this agency, wouldn’t recommend to anyone. Time wasting and finger pointing seems to be their specialty.
Extremely good and flexible service!
Valued properties only.
Nice, polite and helpful staff!
Thank you guys!
Well what can I say more than one name in the Business, Richie Rich took 860 of our deposit which the landlord had to replace him self, proper rude fella and doesnt care for customer service.
Would i recommend this to a friend, yes actually i would recommend to stay the fook away from them xxxxxxxxxxxx
We first contacted Sarah mains when we saw an apartment that we liked. After viewing the apartment we were asked if we would like our house valued. This was the first time we have sold and bought as we had been in our home for 36 years. We were very impressed with the valuer who was very professional and she advised us the way to go. Then we dealt with the girls in the office with viewing our apartment and buying it. Everyone led us by the hand and remained very professional and we could not fault them in any way. We would and have recommended Sarah Mains to other people..
I can not thank the staff at Sarah Mains enough for their flawless service during the process of purchasing our first home. We were kept informed from start to finish and did not have to chase anything up, all of our questions and queries were dealt with efficiently. Everything was prompt but not rushed and was very professional, Helen in particular is a credit to this branch. I would not hesitate to use this branch in the future and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for an reliable and trustworthy estate agent. Thanks again for all your help, Carly & Dan.

Landlords beware! Missing rent payments, significant tenant rent arrears, outstanding maintenance.. This has got to be the worst letting agent ever. You're welcome to contact me to elaborate.
Having rented a property from Acorn I would definitely use them again and highly recommend them. I found them very professional and especially helpful in dealing with general maintenance issues that arose during the tenancy
Great for landlords, but students beware! Sloppy, unprofessional staff renting out sub-standard accommodation for ridiculous money and then trying it on when the time come to return the deposit. I'll be reporting this sorry crew to both unis in Newcastle and to the City Council. Wish I could give 0 stars.
Excellent service in selling my house.
Grace Baker -Padden was always ready to help with my many queries, concerned and considerate.
A friendly, helpful approach was always shown and nothing seemed too much trouble for her.
She kept me informed through the the sale, relating progress on a regular basis.
Would recommend fully.
Our experience with Bridgford has been the worse in ten years of renting properties in the UK.
As soon as we took off the property from the rental market, Bridgford has been extremely slow in administration (e.g. confirming that our references and documentations were alright and confirming acceptance of the offer of rent). Afterwards, despite the property was managed by Bridgford we dealt directly with the landlord who was fortunately very helpful throughout.
At the end of a two years tenancy, we left the house and had it cleaned professionally. Few minor issues were pointed out in the check-out report (few light bulbs to be changed, oven and hob to be cleaned, 'some' dust remaining on 'one' shelf in one bathroom...). We said we'd send our cleaner and the communication started being very scattered. Three months afterwards we received a letter detailing the deductions to be made on our deposit including a full new end of tenancy cleaning (£180), plus £60 of agency fees. We have now raised the issue of an unjust solution, and made a proposition to pay one third of the cleaning fees, but we haven't receive any answer yet...
And after three months we haven't received our deposit back yet!
