She also advised and sold my Mams property. Both properties she had sold within the week. She also took care of my daughter and helped her get on the property ladder to buy her first home. She has went above and beyond. Her friendly down to earth nature alongside her knowledge of the area and sector is outstanding. It’s very rare these days you get the professional high standards and genuine passion for the job in a whole team. I would 100% recommend Kate and her team and wouldn’t go anywhere else if I was to sell or buy again! Special mention also to Demi who stayed late on night to update me when I was stressing. They take the stress out of moving away! ??

Buying a property can be stressful, but he kept us updated and was always willing to help where he could.<br><br>We did encounter an issue with the agreed fixtures and fittings just before completion due to an administrative error. Although it was understandably frustrating, Matthew was honest about what had happened, spoke directly with the seller, and worked hard to find a fair resolution. His communication and willingness to help meant we were able to reach an agreement without delaying completion.<br><br>I’d particularly like to thank Matthew for his patience, professionalism and support throughout what was a long process. Although our chain didn’t work out as we would have liked, Noel went above and beyond to offer calm, honest, and expert advice and to keep things moving forward. Despite not being our estate agent, Danielle was excellent at ensuring I was updated, answering any questions I had, and keeping the whole process moving. Danielle always responded promptly, was extremely polite, professional and friendly, and in my opinion went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly. I would recommend Danielle at Brunton Residential for anyone who wants to buy/sell a property.

All of the staff in the office were efficient on the telephone and kept us updated on the sale. All calls were answered promptly and returned within the agreed timescales.<br>Huge thanks to Julie and the team to make the sale of the house as smooth as possible and keeping us updated when there were delays.

We live in York, so selling my uncle's house in Newcastle could have been a nightmare but the staff at Hive made it a breeze. They kept us informed every step of the way, set up a WhatsApp chat group so that we were all on the same page, they were simply fab and we can't thank you all enough. After some research we knew John Buck was the right agent for us! The communication has been second to none and nothing too much trouble, even getting replies late on an evening which wouldn't happen with other agents.<br>The attention to detail for the photos and social media content was unbelievable and making everything look perfect was a priority. The marketing across social media is the way forward and it 100% shows it works for these guys.<br>Our house sold in less than 24 hours!!! What a result.
