25th Jul 2026 (12 days ago)I remain deeply disappointed in the way my most recent complaint has been handled. The way the branch manager speaks to tenants is appalling! If you have a complaint then don’t expect any sympathy or accountability. We have rented this property for 11 years and in that time, we have been superb tenants but sadly that doesn’t mean anything to them. I anticipate a reply to this which will more than likely attempt to completely contradict what I’ve written here but just know that our experience has not been a positive one!

28th Jul 2026 (9 days ago)We recently completed the purchase of our property, and I’d like to give a special thank you to Matthew for all of his help throughout the process.<br><br>From our initial viewing through to completion, Matthew was always approachable, professional and quick to respond to any questions we had. Buying a property can be stressful, but he kept us updated and was always willing to help where he could.<br><br>We did encounter an issue with the agreed fixtures and fittings just before completion due to an administrative error. Although it was understandably frustrating, Matthew was honest about what had happened, spoke directly with the seller, and worked hard to find a fair resolution. His communication and willingness to help meant we were able to reach an agreement without delaying completion.<br><br>I’d particularly like to thank Matthew for his patience, professionalism and support throughout what was a long process. We really appreciated everything he did to help get our purchase over the finish line.<br><br>Thank you again, Matthew, and all the best for the future.
3rd Aug 2026 (3 days ago)Very poor experience. We moved into a house that had slugs on the bottom floor and an unusable back garden due to it being filled with rubbish. The slugs remained an additional tenant throughout our stay. When we moved out we left the house in a satisfactory and clean condition with us having cleaned it just before moving out. Mansons are renovating the house with large scale building work however still decided it was appropriate to charge us a cleaning fee, something that they must've clearly missed on last years tenants based on the initial state of the house

She provided excellent and empathetic support and truly understood how deeply emotionally and challenging time it was for us and helped us throughout the process. She was on hand to discuss anything that arose and handled unexpected hurdles with professionalism that made a world of difference. She made this process so easy and would wholeheartedly recommend Liane at cloud estates when selling your property.

There was some issues with customer and company communication throughout but nothing too severe (emails not clear or wrong information given) as well as finding it hard to communicate once the tenancy finished. Other than that we were happy.

19th Jul 2026 (18 days ago)Truly the most amazing experience with the girls in the Gosforth office. Our home went on the market 3 times after buyers pulling out and each time they were straight into action getting it sorted for us. From the minute I enquired they were straight round, with the most competitive fee, and the house was on the market within the week. It took us over a year start to finish to sell, and knowing we were also looking to buy a new house they were always sending us possible properties and I just felt like they were really rooting for us. Particular shoutout to Sarah for her unwavering advice, Ellie and Emma for always being at the end of the phone, and Allison for handling the sale. Our sale wasn’t easy but they made us feel like we were all in it together and I can’t thank them enough. Even now, after we have sold and are still looking for a new house, they have kept us in mind for everything they list. Absolute stars. Thank you!!! Rebecca and Liam xx

The staff are all great and really responsive. Photos are always fantastic, and they were spot on with the valuation to achieve the best price. Huge thank you again!

3rd May 2026 (14 weeks ago)Phoned up on a Wednesday afternoon to view a property in Newcastle and was told that the only available slot was noon on the Friday. My husband and I rearranged another appointment, took the day off work and travelled the 1.5 hour journey to Newcastle (we explained at time of booking we weren’t local). 15 mins before scheduled time we got a phone call from the agent to say they hadn’t had a confirmation from the vendor but they were usually in. But guess what - agent turned up and couldn’t get access as there was no one there. Didn’t really apologise - just explained that they thought they had an offer but it fell through so they didn’t confirm our viewing. Totally unprofessional.
17th Jul 2026 (20 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.

They did everything they could to facilitate our rental move when our previous property sold, in just 6 days! Chloe kept us up to date with every step we had to take. She went above and beyond the service we got from the estate agent who sold our house (Bailey & Co) so I would definitely choose them for my next house sale.
