She also advised and sold my Mams property. Both properties she had sold within the week. She also took care of my daughter and helped her get on the property ladder to buy her first home. She has went above and beyond. Her friendly down to earth nature alongside her knowledge of the area and sector is outstanding. It’s very rare these days you get the professional high standards and genuine passion for the job in a whole team. I would 100% recommend Kate and her team and wouldn’t go anywhere else if I was to sell or buy again! Special mention also to Demi who stayed late on night to update me when I was stressing. They take the stress out of moving away! ??

Buying a property can be stressful, but he kept us updated and was always willing to help where he could.<br><br>We did encounter an issue with the agreed fixtures and fittings just before completion due to an administrative error. Although it was understandably frustrating, Matthew was honest about what had happened, spoke directly with the seller, and worked hard to find a fair resolution. His communication and willingness to help meant we were able to reach an agreement without delaying completion.<br><br>I’d particularly like to thank Matthew for his patience, professionalism and support throughout what was a long process. We really appreciated everything he did to help get our purchase over the finish line.<br><br>Thank you again, Matthew, and all the best for the future.

Unfortunately, things beyond our control meant the sale took over eight months, but Next2Buy were there at every step, helping us through the stress. We live in York, so selling my uncle's house in Newcastle could have been a nightmare but the staff at Hive made it a breeze. They kept us informed every step of the way, set up a WhatsApp chat group so that we were all on the same page, they were simply fab and we can't thank you all enough. The communication was strong throughout the process , including gathering helpful feedback from potential buyers and liasing with surveyors. The sale went smoothly, and everyone i met and spoke to in the office had a kind and efficient approach. I'm so pleased I chose them and would recommend them to anyone.
