7th Jul 2026 (27 days ago)Really disappointed with NGU Homes, asked for a tenant reference, lost the email, 5 days later still waiting, staff I spoke to refused to do anything except pass the email on and said "Well you just have to wait". Thanks for nothing.

I cannot praise them enough - very professional, very reliable and so efficient! Particular thanks to Ms. Daisy Spry who has arranged and managed several tenancy issues, as well as repairs and redecorations (also Debbie and Kirstey in the past) . She provided excellent and empathetic support and truly understood how deeply emotionally and challenging time it was for us and helped us throughout the process. She was on hand to discuss anything that arose and handled unexpected hurdles with professionalism that made a world of difference. She made this process so easy and would wholeheartedly recommend Liane at cloud estates when selling your property.

From getting our house on the market to helping us through the buying process, they’ve always been helpful, friendly, and easy to get hold of. Communication has been great throughout, and we’ve always felt kept up to date with what’s going on. Any questions we’ve had have been answered quickly, and nothing has ever seemed like too much trouble. A huge thank you to everyone, highly recommend!

The staff are all great and really responsive. Photos are always fantastic, and they were spot on with the valuation to achieve the best price. Huge thank you again!

17th Jul 2026 (17 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
