She also advised and sold my Mams property. Both properties she had sold within the week. She also took care of my daughter and helped her get on the property ladder to buy her first home. She has went above and beyond. Her friendly down to earth nature alongside her knowledge of the area and sector is outstanding. It’s very rare these days you get the professional high standards and genuine passion for the job in a whole team. I would 100% recommend Kate and her team and wouldn’t go anywhere else if I was to sell or buy again! Special mention also to Demi who stayed late on night to update me when I was stressing. They take the stress out of moving away! ??
25th Aug 2026 (24 days ago)We sold our property through Northwood and it was a great experience<br>Leanne was in charge of our sale and was perfect, always had an answer to my question and always called me with solutions not problems. She was also great at calling/emailing me whenever she said she would, which is always hard to find.<br>Sam was also excellent whenever we dealt with him. Always cheery and happy to answer my many stupid questions, even on moving day<br>They were great through the whole process, and whilst there was plenty of stress (as always) they were never the cause of it<br>I'd definitely recommend them and use them again

My appreciation goes to Scott who met me at my property and gave a very informative overview of the rental market and knowledge of the local area and also Lindsey from the Sarah Mains office who provided me with informative updates regarding the viewings and tenant. 3rd Sep 2026 (15 days ago)1 Star was too generous. Ignore the good reviews. Appalling service. Clearly short staffed as it's a real struggle to get through on the phone and when you do, you are greeted by staff who must be the most unhelpful and unpleasant people to deal with. No rapport, no engagement, no flexibility and no interest. Open every Saturday AM apart from Bank Holidays, as they close on the Saturday and the Monday. Zero effort from the sales team to nurture an enquiry into a sale. Clearly there must be easier sales to be had.

Everyone I’ve dealt with has been friendly, approachable and genuinely helpful, and you always feel like you’re speaking to someone who actually cares rather than just being another customer.<br><br>Communication has been great throughout, with questions answered quickly and everything explained clearly. It’s refreshing to deal with a local company that offers such a personal service

She provided excellent and empathetic support and truly understood how deeply emotionally and challenging time it was for us and helped us throughout the process. She was on hand to discuss anything that arose and handled unexpected hurdles with professionalism that made a world of difference. She made this process so easy and would wholeheartedly recommend Liane at cloud estates when selling your property.

All of the staff in the office were efficient on the telephone and kept us updated on the sale. All calls were answered promptly and returned within the agreed timescales.<br>Huge thanks to Julie and the team to make the sale of the house as smooth as possible and keeping us updated when there were delays.

All staff were very professional throughout and more than helpful with general queries. We live in York, so selling my uncle's house in Newcastle could have been a nightmare but the staff at Hive made it a breeze. They kept us informed every step of the way, set up a WhatsApp chat group so that we were all on the same page, they were simply fab and we can't thank you all enough. They helped me with both the sale of my previous property and the purchase of my new home, and the whole process was efficient, seamless and stress-free.<br><br>Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly, helpful and professional, which made what can often be a very stressful process feel so much easier. The little gift and card we received when we went to collect the keys to our new property was also a lovely touch!<br><br>A fantastic team from start to finish — highly recommended!
