4th Aug 2024 (8 mo. ago)Avoid! They are so ignorant it's unbelievable. Their tenant is constantly smoking cannabis and it's coming into my house. I have two children and they can't even use our garden anymore because of the smell. My son has asthma and has to use his pump a lot more since they moved in. I don't see why I have to put up with it, none of their team would

31st Jul 2024 (8 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

It was a long drawn out process, however, David met me in person, kept in touch through email, letter and phone calls during business hours and sometimes after hours but always got back to me. He was professional, courteous, hard working and went over and above in his efforts to secure our successful payment. And indeed, his was the lowest of the three valuations. However, following his rationale, it made absolute sense. This, coupled with the lowest commission percentage of the three agents, convinced me to appoint them, and they were great. Communicative, plenty of advice and guidance and generally nice people. No hesitation in recommending
