We put our house on the market with a view to downsize. Hathways came in at our request, took the pictures, did the measuring and arranged for a hear test. Within a few days of being on the market, we had a call to say someone wanted to view it. It was at that point the reality of the situation hit home and my wife decided that after 40 odd years here, she could not give it up. We took it off the market and Hathways were very understanding about it, made no charges against us.
