When I initially emailed about a rental property, the response was quick. When it came to my viewing however, I was 7 minutes late due to car trouble and general traffic - I notified the agent 30 minutes ahead of my viewing slot that I may be late. When I arrived she was rude, didn't provide any information on the property, rushed me and in general felt like she didn't take me seriously. She claimed that my email re: my lateness wasn't received - I insisted that it was, she then checked her junk email and found it, and didn't at all apologise for the rude assumption.
Overall, I wouldn't recommend at all, I felt like I wasn't taken seriously due to the fact that I am a young renter (24), the customer service is very lacking and the communication was subpar at best.

Nothing Is ever a problem for them
The staff are amazing especially liz and Emma jayne !
Have rented my last 2 houses from them and would never use any other company

Me and my partner have just moved in to our new property with help from Chesire and Co. We had such a bad experience with other letting agents leaving us with trust issues but Chesire and Co very quickly gained our trust. They are very professional, welcoming and respectful people who have the best intentions for all parties involved. I would highly recommend renting with Chesire and Co.

Absolutely appalling estate agents with extremely rude staff and management would strongly recommend you look elsewhere to buy any property. Seem to care more about horses than selling houses.

From the start of the process I was impressed by all the team at Cheshire & Co Nat, Rose and Liz. No question was ever a problem and they held my hand all the way through the process, I had not moved house for over 20 years, and they always made me feel welcome at their office. During this time I had 2 phone calls from Darlows and 3 letters from Peter Alan who both tried to get me to go with them even though I was in a contract. I did not realise how underhand this business can be . One of the Peter Alan letters was addressed to Mrs H.. which I found a little upsetting. They could at least have done there homework. Anyway I cannot speak highly enough of Cheshire & Co they are superb and I highly recommend them.

Cheshire & co were recommended to us by a friend who had sold through them. We had a few agents out and the difference was remarkable. Gareth came to our house and asked about us and our plans and why we were looking to move before once mentioning our house our "how good he was" the other agents simply produced certificates and brochures telling us "how good they were" or "how many houses they had sold”, none took an interest in us, and then finally how cheap they were prepared to be! We Choose Cheshire & Co and the service was superb from start to finish they even found us a house through ANOTHER agent!!! And helped us with our purchase, they even wrote to us at our new address to thank us and wish us well. Highly recommend this small but superb team.

do not use these to rent your property out.
they don't care who they put in and what mess they make.
its just cost me thousands to renovate a property that Cheshire & co was putting decent clients in (NOT)
they also under value property.

I wish to respond to a review left by James Jennings approx. 3 weeks ago.
The appointment to view was booked by Mr Jennings' partner Miss Parrott on 21 June 2016 for the next day for 5pm at the property. We confirmed the 5pm appointment with Miss Parrott by text and e-mail at 10.52 on the 21st July which was the just after the appointment was booked by Miss Parrott. At no stage did either Mr Jennings or Miss Parrot call us back regarding the 5pm booking to question the time. We did call Miss Parrot at 4.45pm on the day of the viewing to say that we were there if Miss Parrot wanted to come earlier again no mention was made of the viewing being at 5.15pm if it was we would have stayed. At 5.15 our member of staff left the property. The next day we did take a call from Miss Parrott to question the time of the appointment and we apologised for any inconvenience caused and offered to re book. When we asked Miss Parrot to check her e-mails and text to confirm the booked appointment was for 5pm Miss Parrot put the phone down.
I am sorry that Miss Parrot & Mr Jennings were inconviemced and missed the appointment but our version of events does differ from that posted by Mr Jennings. I personally wish them well in their search for a property

Absolute horrendous service, had a viewing booked for 5:15 to view a property in Pontypool, at 4:40 my partner took a call asking if we could come earlier as they was nearly there.
She explained I was finishing work at 4:30 (an hour early) and was picking her up at 5pm, so we could only make the 5:15 APPOINTMENT!
We got to the house at 5:13 and knocked the door, we had no answer and no one was there, we waited for 30mins in case somebody came….. But no one did
We rang the following day and was told that it was for 5pm and my partner explained she told them only half hour before it was 5:15 all the would say was “we can rebook”
So simply because the agent was in a rush we didn’t get to see the house and lost time at work for nothing
