The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.

I must say that in addition to being a great professional that you can trust and contact at any time, she is a close, friendly person and if during the process you have questions or problems you can feel how she gets fully involved trying to find a solution. 18th Mar 2024 (6 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

19th Sep 2024 (22 days ago)This company is our new managing agents and I cannot believe the extremely efficient, polite service I received as soon as I called about my washing machine which had broken down. The following day, an engineer was sent to me, machine fully broken. Engineer wrote a report, three days later I had a brand new, great brand of washing machine delivered and fitted. I was kept up to date with all details including delivery times via text or phone calls. None of the flats I have lived in before have ever been so caring and professional and I cannot recommend Stretton's property management highly enough. Chris was the gentleman who took care of everything so a huge thank you to him. What. Breath of fresh air !!!!! ?????????????????????

Despite eventually deciding not to proceed with the purchase, I would not hesitate to contact and work with Watkins again should a suitable house come up for sale. Personable, efficient and accommodating. Can't ask for anything more than that. Thank you.

Right from my first meeting with Dee, I was so impressed with her knowledge, efficiency and professionalism. She was able to give me the information required for the process immediately. She always carried out what she said she would do. Sue who dealt with the process of the sale also kept me up to date and helped enormously. I would not hesitate in recommending them to anyone.
2nd Sep 2024 (6 weeks ago)This is the first time we have used Moving You after Andy and his team were recommended to us by our daughter who had used him in the past. I have to say that from start to finish the service we had was brilliant. Andy carried out the initial valuation whilst Nicola took the images ready for marketing. Both then carried out viewings on our behalf. Andy's marketing is great - across all the usual platforms and all over social media. Unlike many Estate Agents he was able to offer appointments at weekends as well as during the week and Nicola was a brilliant person to have accompanying viewers. We sold in just a month, in a challenging market, at just over the asking price and from then on the process was smooth and efficient. Andy's online portal was a great help and he was only ever a phone call away if we needed to discuss anything with him. We have bought and sold a number of houses over the last 20 years and while our other estate agents were great, I really feel that Andy was worth all the commission he and Nicola earned. I won't hesitate to recommend his agency to anyone who may need it. Thanks Guys

11th Sep 2024 (30 days ago)WAYNE! Honestly this man is an absolute angel! We viewed so many houses over the course of a few months, multiple with Wayne. Every viewing he was professional, informative and kind! We finally found our dream house and Wayne did everything and more to ensure a seamless purchase journey! He was at the end of the phone day or night and reassured us whenever we were feeling anxious. If we ever decide to sell, Wayne (and nick) will be the guys we go to! Thank you again both, it was an absolute pleasure! When the renovations are done, there’s a cold glass of bubbly waiting for you both in our fridge!

(23 reviews)18th Apr 2024 (25 weeks ago)Having moved from Cardiff I first met Donna Stone lake when I needed to look at a Bungalow in Cwmbran..I found Donna very friendly and understanding to my needs and nothing was too much for her as I asked to see the property more times than most people...I was moving from Cardiff and on a few occasions I was not on time for Donna due to traffic never a moan just said take your time..I had a lot of questions which were always answered very quickly and in a friendly way which made me feel relaxed about the Purchase..I could not have asked for a more Professional Person to help me through the whole Purchase I had looked at many other Properties with other Estate Agents but No One Person excelled like Donna did...
