Everyone on the team is helpful, dedicated and proactive and made the whole process as hassle free as buying and selling can be! Wouldn't use anyone else if looking to buy or sell in Leytonstone or Wanstead.

We were always kept informed of appointments, active in sending the feedback and offers through , and there was always good communication between all members of the staff and ourselves. The staff went above and beyond to make the selling process as smooth as possible for us as the clients. I highly recommend them.

I must say that in addition to being a great professional that you can trust and contact at any time, she is a close, friendly person and if during the process you have questions or problems you can feel how she gets fully involved trying to find a solution. Great professional, great person. Thanks Jeanne.
21st Aug 2024 (26 days ago)I can't begin to describe how helpful and patient these guys are when selling the house, it was a complicated one from the start, as it was a joint house through losing my grandparents, and it has taken over 2 years to get all the paperwork in place to actually sell it then, issues with buyer and so forth but Carol and the team, have constantly kept me informed every step of the way and every time I went in to see if anything had progressed they either phoned or emailed people again while i was there, or they informed me that they had done that the day before, but they always polite and no matter how frustrated I was they let me talk. Thankfully we have finally done it, and I can't thank them enough for everything.

16th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)Really good experience, from viewing to purchase. Viewing was conducted in a really unobtrusive, helpful and non-pushy way. All communication was very friendly, polite and prompt. Whole process was really straight forward and entire sale went through within about twelve weeks, despite some minor delays. Everyone we dealt with was great, and Matt was particularly good. Thank you so much, all, we are delighted with our new house ????

After viewing several homes and being disgusted by the agents' incompetence and lack of knowledge about the properties being presented, we met Claire from Parkmans, who stood out for her competence and thorough knowledge of the properties being presented. She turned out to be an extremely helpful and polite person. We would recommend these agencies to anyone and thank you again Claire.

18th Mar 2024 (5 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Despite eventually deciding not to proceed with the purchase, I would not hesitate to contact and work with Watkins again should a suitable house come up for sale. Personable, efficient and accommodating. Can't ask for anything more than that. Thank you.

15th Aug 2024 (5 weeks ago)I met Andy by chance whilst he was valuing a neighbours property in May 2024. I was in the final stages of renovating our property ready for sale and hadn't contacted any estate agents, Following a brief conversation, I asked Andy to value our property and continue with marketing it. It was evident that he had a positive sales approach which would benefit both parties A very efficient and prompt service was experienced with several viewings and an offer accepted within the first week. During the period prior to completion, communication was regular and clear as to what was required. We completed last week and the neighbouring property is also SSTC. I would use Andy/Moving You again with no hesitation.

11th Sep 2024 (5 days ago)WAYNE! Honestly this man is an absolute angel! We viewed so many houses over the course of a few months, multiple with Wayne. Every viewing he was professional, informative and kind! We finally found our dream house and Wayne did everything and more to ensure a seamless purchase journey! He was at the end of the phone day or night and reassured us whenever we were feeling anxious. If we ever decide to sell, Wayne (and nick) will be the guys we go to! Thank you again both, it was an absolute pleasure! When the renovations are done, there’s a cold glass of bubbly waiting for you both in our fridge!
