26th Mar 2022 (2 years ago)I can't recommend Patch Property highly enough. They were very reasonable with no hidden charges and sold my property really quickly. What makes the difference though, is the communication and customer service. The girls in the office get to know you and are interested in what's happening with your situation. I'm missing my chats with Jane! All are extremely knowledgeable and know the market inside out. Many thanks to all involved.

From the moment we contacted them, they were professional, friendly and efficient. They provided us with a detailed market appraisal and gave sound advice on how to best market our property. They were always available to answer any questions we had and provided us with regular updates throughout the process. They worked hard to ensure that our property was seen by as many potential buyers as possible and managed to secure a fantastic price for us as a result. Highly recommend!

Friendly enthusiastic approach from the get go and a clear vision on how to market our property to get the best result. We were recommended by a friend and will now recommend to others. 13th Jul 2020 (3 years ago)Terrible company. They are not interested in entertaining inquiries, they have a backdoor of investors already in their books who are given the first chance to all properties. Waste of time if you are not part of their system. They do not want to know you!

27th Jan 2024 (15 weeks ago)When I arrived to see the flat I was buying, I received a warm welcome by Zoe, the estate agent. I was given ample time to look around in order to take everything in, answering any queries I had of the property. The process to put in my offer until completion of the sale was relatively stress free and I was kept informed, step by step until my move in date and beyond. Wrights made sure I settled in OK too . If I ever move again , I would certainly use this estate agent.
