She did the full job of getting our mortgage in place within a week where first mortgages in Glasgow wouldn't even reply to an email for 6 months. I'd highly recommend the mortgage advice service at Allen and Harris Paisley.
24th Apr 2026 (8 weeks ago)Chris, Ghelia and the team were fantastic. This was the first time I had put a property on the market, and they took their time explaining the process to me. Made me feel at ease and listened to any concerns I had. They were also honest and transparent with how much I could sell my home for, and believed it would sell for the price I had in mind and would sell well, which is what you want when putting your home on the market. The process was easy and smooth. I would 100% use them in the future!

A special mention to Lynda, who was incredibly helpful during the flat viewing — friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to answer all our questions. She really went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and informed. Highly recommend this team if you’re looking for excellent service

My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.

9th Jun 2019 (7 years ago)Do not trust this company. We dealt with the previous iteration of the owners company and are now being left to clean up their mess. We should have gotten rid of them sooner.... leaving this review in the hope that other landlords won’t have to deal with the loss of over £2000 in rental payments plus the stress of figuring out what to do with our tenant now... even with the loss of rent I still may have left a good review if Amanda and Craig has worked with us to help figure things out (or even provide the tenants details) but the only response to any communication that we have is to essentially gloat that their old company doesn’t exist and there is no recourse for us. Pretty poor behaviour for a human being never mind a business owner.

5th Mar 2026 (15 weeks ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

1st Jun 2026 (17 days ago)I instructed Douglas and Dean in early 2025 and was very pleased with the service received regarding the sale of my property. Andy offers years of experience and a pragmatic approach to selling. I felt that we had open and honest conversations and it was always easy to make contact. We also kept in touch at agreed periods to discuss matters of interest e.g. the housing market in general as it went and is still going through challenges in terms of supply outstripping demand. I never felt pressured into making any decisions. Given the competitive market I was delighted to sell. I did like the video provided as it would provide prospective purchasers with a really good feel for the property. Once the sale was agreed I was impressed with the seamless handling of the sale behind the scenes with a joined up team and in particular Nicola who was proactive in chasing solicitors and agents within the chain to keep things on track. I would not hesitate to recommend Douglas and Dean and thanks to the whole team Andy, Nicola, Jake and Tracey (and of course Milo??????)

5th Jun 2026 (13 days ago)I have used Pennylane for a number of years to look after a rented flat and they are by far the best agent I have used. When I decided to sell Christine and Chanice were excellent arranging everything from pictures to survey, dealing with viewings and all with a pleasant and professional manner. Even when we experienced a couple of difficulties they never became negative and strived relentlessly for a solution. The whole company are very professional and I would happily recommend.

Our flat sold within days and was such an easy process thanks to Craig and the team. Lovely bunch of people and so helpful/knowledgable. When we had a property to sell this year we didn’t even get another quote, her service, advice, attention and care are second to none. This time we also used the accompanied viewing service and were very impressed by Audrey. All in all a genuine 5 star experience

From the very beginning, Alex, who initially visited the property and carried out the photography and video, was exceptionally friendly, professional, and informative. He made an immediate positive impression and set the tone for what turned out to be an excellent experience with the company. Lyndsay then supported us throughout the entire sales process, and I am so grateful for her kindness, patience, and understanding during what was an extremely emotional and difficult time following the loss of both my parents. Her personal support and kind words throughout meant the world to me and made a very challenging situation feel much more manageable. Her work was outstanding in every respect — fast, efficient, and highly informative. She kept us fully updated at every stage and worked incredibly hard to achieve a fantastic sale price in a remarkably short period of time. Throughout, she remained calm, relatable, and solution-focused, even when the process became more complex at times, always handling everything with professionalism and care. I am sincerely grateful to both Alex and Lyndsay for everything they did and would not hesitate to recommend the company highly to others.

The house was sold in 5 days for the valuation price which was fantastic. He was able to tell me a bit about the family buying the house and it was so comforting for myself and my sister to know it was going to a family who immediately fell in love with the house and were so excited to bring their family up there as mum and dad had done with us. I would highly recommend Kenny and the company to anyone. Thank you so much

8th Jun 2026 (10 days ago)I can’t recommend Connaire at Kelly Residential highly enough. From start to finish, he was outstanding throughout the sale of my flat. His communication was excellent at every stage, always keeping me informed and responding quickly to any questions or concerns. The information he brought when he came to value the property showed that he had done his homework and knew the area. If, or, when we look to move in the future il be coming back to Connaire for sure.
