No jargon or tech talk, just real people who are always happy to help, at the other end of a phone or inbox.<br>All to often you can get spoken at and you are meant to understand what’s happening, not with Austin Beck, professional and understanding every step of the way. We have worked with Jason a few times over the years and most recently he sold our family home as well as an investment property on our behalf.<br>From a sellers point of view, Jason goes above and beyond to maximise your sale. He’s an expert in his field and is highly knowledgeable on current market conditions, he was able to advise us throughout the entire process. We gained an impressive 15% above home report and I believe this was down to Hadons knowledge and amazing negotiation skills.<br>The office staff at Harbor are incredible and work hard to market your property, follow on leads and are very professional with potential buyers. Everything ran like clockwork.<br>The media team were amazing and provided incredible marketing material, again they went above and beyond. They visited my property twice, daytime and at night to capture contrasting shots.<br><br>Selling houses is stressful but this team take the stress away, keep you informed and work hard to sell your property. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

They sold my property incredibly quickly, helped me achieve the best possible price, and supported me throughout the entire selling process.<br><br>What really stands out about Countrywide is their customer service. Every member of the team was kind, professional, efficient, and always willing to help. As someone with a disability, I especially appreciated how supportive, patient, and understanding they were. They made what could have been a very stressful experience much easier.<br><br>I would like to sincerely thank everyone who was involved in the sale of my flat. Please pass on my gratitude to the whole team. I am so happy that I chose Countrywide, and I would absolutely use them again if I ever need to buy or sell a property in the future.<br><br>If you’re thinking about choosing an estate agent, don’t hesitate. From start to finish, everyone I’ve dealt with has been incredibly helpful, professional and friendly.<br><br>In particular, I can’t thank Alison enough. She has been absolutely fantastic — always on the ball, keeping me updated throughout and making what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. I always felt like everything was being taken care of, which gave me real peace of mind.<br><br>The photographs of my flat were also absolutely stunning. They were beautifully presented and really showcased the property at its best on the website, which I was so impressed with.<br><br>I’d also like to mention Chris, the mortgage adviser at Slater Hogg. He was so attentive, calm and patient throughout the whole mortgage application. He was always quick to get back to me whenever I had a question or query and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>Overall, I’m genuinely delighted with the service I’ve received from Slater Hogg. From selling my flat to arranging my new mortgage, everything has been handled so smoothly and professionally. My son, owns his own business , his wife & 5 really well mannered level headed kids applied for a property after viewing to be told the “owner” decided they were not suitable? No credit searches, no full application only how many occupants. Is this discrimination against have a large family and assuming they’re reliant on benefits? He has private rented for some 15 years and never missed a payment. Maybe Clyde should work a bit harder to satisfy owners & renters.

6th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)Unfortunately, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very disappointing, mainly because of poor communication and a lack of professionalism throughout the process.<br>Before our house was put on the market, Amanda was very confident that she could achieve a certain price for our property. However, our first concern was when the photos were taken using a phone rather than professional camera equipment. Although phone cameras are good these days, the photos did not have the quality we expected for selling a property. When the advert went live, there were too many photos, and some did not show the house in the best way.<br><br>The biggest problem for us was communication. After the first week, it became difficult to get updates. There were very few viewings, and things did not improve while we were with them. Calls often went unanswered, and promised call-backs rarely happened. We often felt like we were chasing them for information rather than being kept updated.<br><br>After around three weeks of frustration, we decided to end our agreement with them. What disappointed us most was that there was no real effort to understand why we wanted to leave. We were simply asked to pay the marketing fee so the property could be taken off the market. Once we paid, the only reply we received was confirmation of payment and a short “good luck” message.<br>After this, I noticed I had been blocked on WhatsApp and social media. I also emailed about removing the “For Sale” sign but received no reply or confirmation that this had been arranged.<br><br>Overall, our experience with Housespotters Estate Agents was very poor. Based on what we experienced, I would not recommend them to others. The level of communication, professionalism and customer service was not what we expected when selling our home.

We required a quick sale and Joe, Ellie and Eilidh made sure this went through without any issue. Would recommend Hames to anyone buying or selling.
5th Mar 2026 (6 mo. ago)Very unimpressed with this company.Frlt they were all promise with no substance, made several assertions to get our business which we found to be inaccurate.Did not listen to us throughout and did not respond well to feedback. Sorry to say but there must be many better agents out there if a fair assessment is made.

As it was our first time in the area, we really appreciated how effortlessly she took us around three different properties while also going above and beyond to show us around and help us get a feel for the place.<br><br>It was an absolute pleasure chatting with her throughout - she was warm, friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely lovely to spend time with. From our first meeting, I knew she was the right person to sell my flat – it ended up selling way beyond the home report and way beyond my own expectations! She did more work than the lawyers by about a million percent! The rest of the team is lovely and helpful too. Huge thanks to everyone for such a great experience. Would not hesitate to recommend to everyone!

Nothing is ever a hassle, and they consistently go above and beyond to help.<br><br>A huge shout-out to Gav, who has been there for us on numerous occasions. His knowledge, experience and willingness to go the extra mile have made such a difference every single time. Nothing is ever too much hassle, and we know we can pick up the phone and he’ll always do everything he can to help. We genuinely don’t know where we’d be without him!<br><br>Another shout-out to Lindsay, who has helped us with our life cover, insurances and our Will. She made the whole process so straightforward and was always on hand to answer any questions and make sure everything was right for us.<br><br>The whole team are just amazing, and it’s clear they truly care about their customers.
