They couldn’t have done more during and after a viewing; and are genuinely interested in longterm positive relationships with clients. I found them lovely and so nice. Very professional and supportive. They went well beyond in their kindness, good wishes and help with a new home after purchase.

11th Mar 2021 (3 years ago)Not great - would not use again. Did nothing to find interested parties in first few weeks until I had to call a senior team member to complain... Not ideal - feel like they had too much work to handle mine at the time. Would have fathered they had just said they were too busy than wait too I was stressed and lost out on buyers.

22nd Jul 2021 (2 years ago)This is my review of my experience of using Neil Whittet Estate Agency in the purchase of my home. A deeply disappointing experience for me I'm afraid. Did I employ his "services"? - Yes. Did I feel like my custom was valued? - No I didn't Was I happy with his performance? - Not in the least. Do I wish I'd went somewhere else? - Most definitely. Would I use him ever again? - Not even if Hell freezes over. Would I recommend him to anyone else? - Definitely not.

5th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)Graham and Sibbald have been our landlords property management company for over 10 years and we have just been taken over by Westport property Dundee - and I must say the best Christmas present I could ask for. Graham and Sibbald have managed 4 units of family run businesses and have been useless. Emails have been ignored now for months from all 4 tenants. We have all had to close our businesses on numerous occasions as the roof on the building is needing replaced and we are constantly flooded. The car park has no working lights as been reported numerous times with no reply. The stairs to the property are all loose - again reported numerous times with no reply. Front window was smashed in, they charged our business for the repair only to be informed but our insurance that the landlord is responsible for glass repair - we were only given 2/3 of the cost back as said they could have found someone cheaper. 3 days with Westport property and the roof is being replaced next month, lights are replaced , stair been repaired - professional and efficient customer service - highly recommend Westport property if you need your property looked after properly and to have happy loyal tenants

7th Dec 2023 (21 weeks ago)I cannot rate this company highly enough. Financial commitment is clear and agreed from the start. Once agreed Ashley and Dawn get the process moving quickly with exceptional communication all the way. Their marketing is super modern with use of professional photographer / videographer, using inside and outside shots and drone footage. Really showcased our flat in the best possible light and got a lot of attention and traction. They handled the negotiations with potential buyers very well, keeping us in the loop and following our guidance. We felt we were in very safe hands. The evidence was shown by the sale going through less than a week after the flat went on the market - and that in December! A brilliant team, they're friendly, professional and work to the very highest standards. If you’re thinking of selling give them a call. ????- This agent doesn't have any reviews
