They couldn’t have done more during and after a viewing; and are genuinely interested in longterm positive relationships with clients. I found them lovely and so nice. Very professional and supportive. They went well beyond in their kindness, good wishes and help with a new home after purchase.

22nd Jul 2021 (3 years ago)This is my review of my experience of using Neil Whittet Estate Agency in the purchase of my home. A deeply disappointing experience for me I'm afraid. Did I employ his "services"? - Yes. Did I feel like my custom was valued? - No I didn't Was I happy with his performance? - Not in the least. Do I wish I'd went somewhere else? - Most definitely. Would I use him ever again? - Not even if Hell freezes over. Would I recommend him to anyone else? - Definitely not.

5th Dec 2023 (7 mo. ago)Graham and Sibbald have been our landlords property management company for over 10 years and we have just been taken over by Westport property Dundee - and I must say the best Christmas present I could ask for. Graham and Sibbald have managed 4 units of family run businesses and have been useless. Emails have been ignored now for months from all 4 tenants. We have all had to close our businesses on numerous occasions as the roof on the building is needing replaced and we are constantly flooded. The car park has no working lights as been reported numerous times with no reply. The stairs to the property are all loose - again reported numerous times with no reply. Front window was smashed in, they charged our business for the repair only to be informed but our insurance that the landlord is responsible for glass repair - we were only given 2/3 of the cost back as said they could have found someone cheaper. 3 days with Westport property and the roof is being replaced next month, lights are replaced , stair been repaired - professional and efficient customer service - highly recommend Westport property if you need your property looked after properly and to have happy loyal tenants

30th Jun 2022 (2 years ago)The service from valuation to marketing to legal was outstanding. By far the best I have ever experienced the whole team, Steve, Yvonne, Margo, Lorraine and Heather were all brilliant.

Met her, photographer was there on same day, a drone was sent in to video our property, surveyor in the next day, before We knew it our flat was on the market sold within less than 2 weeks, and her promise was to communicate with all parties, as promised she delivered. Would highly rate this agency, Ashley keep doing what you do, this jobs for you, I have never experienced such a quick turnaround and will always recommend this Estate Agency to anyone who’s thinking of selling, five star rating does not justify her efficiency. Thank you so much yet again YOU ARE AMAZING
