This actually took a couple of years and they were always present and saw us right through to completion. Would definitely recommend.

We were very pleased with the service we received from the office and in particular from Leon Bletchley. We did the original viewing with him and then dealt with him until completion in October. His knowledge of the property and surrounding area was invaluable as we were moving from the mainland. He kept us up to date with progress and managed our expectations very well in what proved to be a slightly more complicated process that we had previously thought. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending these estate agents.

Both sides of the business worked very hard for me and were the total opposite of what most people think about estate agents. Very impressed with them and very grateful too for all of their efforts. Thank you to all of them.
17th Apr 2024 (10 days ago)We had to pay up front for marketing / photos etc but initially were not told this until we signed. Viewings were minimal & feedback was always so positive until 24 / 48 hours later when the buyer would become totally disinterested. Prior to the final viewing we were given so much positivity & such a build up but the buyers didn’t even enter our property!!! A completely waste of everyone’s time….the buyers were SOLD clients so the agent must no exactly what they wanted in their next home??? Overall very very disappointing, a great team but a waste of our money & a waste of time & energy!!!!

They were not pushy at all, Anne gave us plenty of time and had a calming presence. She always answered the phone and was very welcoming. I would highly recommend using Megan Baker they made whole process very simple :).
