We interviewed over 10 different agents before deciding to go with Wooton as they seemed to be the most straightforward, honest, trustworthy and reliable. We were not wrong. They made the whole process very easy and stress free, so approachable always available to answer any questions we had. Both houses sold very quickly. Our own house was sale agreed in 3 days from going live and completed in only 10 weeks, achieving a good price. Thank you.

6th Nov 2024 (6 mo. ago)We've had a tough time looking for a new property. Even the estate agent we are selling with couldn't be bothered to send us any details before they were posted on Rightmove. Not at Pittis. As soon as I registered interest in a property with them, Kiri & Ross worked hard to suggest more to me. They had me in to view 2 properties before anyone else. Viewings were done in a very professional manner and we felt like our feedback was taken on board. Although we didn't end up buying through Pittis we will definitely be using them to sell for us in the future.

14th May 2025 (9 days ago)I took my house off the market as was too slow to sell, and also couldn't find anything as good. The one house I wanted was sold, so I gave up and decided to make lots of improvements on my current house.

3rd Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)Higher end buyers beware! Do not use Spence Willard Bembridge unless you want to be thousands of pounds out of pocket and filled with heartache. We were led down the rose-coloured path and assured by Sam Branston that we were on target for completion, only to find the buyers were secretly accepting another offer. Sellers – do not list with Spence Willard as we sadly will not view your property. We are 1.5+ million cash buyers.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
24th Oct 2021 (3 years ago)I am unimpressed, and encountered unexpected issues that were not detailed in the survey report. A window in the ground floor property was had to be fixed as an emergency on the day of arrival due to security issues and risks. The window was stuffed with tissue and foam, and the hinge was broken, so could not be closed, or put on the latch. The windows were rated as needing repair or replacement in the future, no further detail was supplied or suggestions of needing to be repaired of replaced straight away. In addition to this they did not identified mould in some of the rooms. I would not recommend this company do not use them.
