16th Nov 2024 (26 weeks ago)Roberts&Co were very friendly, however they talk a far superior game to the one they play. Proper screening of people to view as well as collation of post viewing feedback was poor to non existing. They were unable to advise on anything to help improve the chances of attracting viewers other than moving photos about on the listing or reducing the price. Very reactive and not pro-active. Had to pay £480 to exit the contract early even though they admitted they have underperformed for us.

26th Apr 2025 (18 days ago)Having utilised the services of Peter Gilkes & Co on a number of occasions, I would highly recommend them as a company for their professional and efficient service, supplemented by a personal approach which really helped me in the reduction of stresses associated with the housing market.

He's not only professional and gets the job done but he is so easy to speak too and to be honest once you ask him to do something it's done. He's also really good at advising you no matter what the problem. He's awesome in my opinion and my house move would of not been the same without him. So thanks Dean X

31st Jul 2024 (9 mo. ago)Our overall experience with Bettermove is one of disappointment. They sold a model whereby they would market our property to their pool of investors. Essentially they put our house on Rightmove for a slightly higher price then they said they would pay us and left it there. I had to chase for updates and when they responded it was to say that their investors thought the price was an issue! So why didnt you speak to us about that and say what we thought to reducing. I dont actually think they've got investors, just people who want a cash purchase in certain areas. Fortunately we didn't pay Bettermove any money for their services and we ended the contract as soon as we could

His valuation was reasonable, MB and his team handled all the viewings and updated us very regularly. We had an offer at asking price after a few weeks and would recommend MB's service.

Rich was very down to earth and approachable, with no hard sell at any time, which was refreshing and the photographs were superb! Dan was always at the end of the phone for any queries and reassurance. They wrote the most brilliant 'write up' which read more like a story than a 'Property description' which made it stand out from 'the rest'. All in all a fantastic service and we would highly recommend their services. Thanks Rich, Dan & team. Bev & Jason
