15th Jun 2026 (15 weeks ago)This company took over the running of my apartment 2 years into my tenancy. They failed to carry out any maintenance of issues that I reported to them, beyond sending somebody out to look at it and make a note of it. However, they also managed to bump up my rent 3 times in the 3 years of them taking over my tenancy, before telling me that the apartment was now going up for sale. Of course, they then decided to with hold £540 of my deposit, for apparent 'Cleaning'. Yet 24 hours afterwards they had sent work men to completely rip up the floor, repaint the walls in a new colour, and rip out all of the unites. So, I feel like I have been charged for the refurbishment of the apartment as to increase it's likelihood of selling . As the apartment was left in exactly the same state as I found it, bar the few items I failed to move out. Good luck selling the apartment because Soho has extended right under the flat and thus the entire apartment vibrates at night. While every other week there's sewage dripping through the ceiling into both the corridor outside, and the apartment itself.

Excellent communication all the way through. Very proffessional and helpful and overall really quuck sale. Very good price to sell and good value for money compared to other estate agents. Really pleased with the service i received

I would highly recommend them … they go up and beyond .. I’ve been with them now many years, and life is much easier having Roberts &Co on board.. thanks to every single one of the staff ??????

4th Sep 2026 (22 days ago)Fees, fees and more fees!<br><br>If you’re a landlord, be prepared for the extras. It feels like every time you turn around there’s another charge coming out of the rent.<br><br>Finding us a tenant was all very smooth and they were great at the beginning, but after that I’ve really struggled to see the value for money. We already pay them every month t(if i'm honet, not really sure what for), yet there always seems to be something else to pay for.<br><br>The most frustrating part is having money deducted and then having to chase them ourselves to find out what it was for. Surely the very least you should expect is to be told before someone takes money from you?<br><br>They seem very geared towards keeping tenants happy, but as the people actually paying Bridgfords, I’m not convinced landlords get the same consideration.<br><br>Great at finding a tenant. Not so great for your bank balance afterwards.

I have to mention the absolute beautiful person Cathy is, inside and out. What a lady, from the moment I spoke to her, to the constant kind updates and down to completion, she has been amazing.<br>I felt like I knew her and was lovely to hear off her everytime.<br>Thank you Cathy for making the experience so warm and friendly. You are a credit to Bridgfords and I’m so thankful I was able to cross paths with you :) LJ x
23rd Sep 2026 (3 days ago)The level of service we have received from Mark is exceptional - we have been trying to find our forever home for sometime now and Mark has gone above and beyond to assist with this and we can’t thank him enough - he is a cut above the other local estate agents who never seemed to be interested in even contacting us with any new property coming to market. Would we recommend Mark?? Absolutely ??????

2nd Sep 2026 (24 days ago)I will never try and buy a house advertised by this estate agent ever again. Excuse after excuse, delay after delay. 4 months of being messed about and we still can’t get a moving date, so we’ve walked away. Absolutely massive waste of time.<br><br>Excuses include (and I have email screenshots ready if they reply to this review trying to deny it):<br><br>- We don’t want to chase the seller’s solicitor because they get grumpy when we do that – well I’m sorry but I need you to put your big girl pants on and deal with it like a professional.<br><br>- The vendor is rubbish at admin – yes that was actually an excuse - quite happy to throw their own clients under the bus.<br><br>Amongst so many other pathetic excuses. It was never their fault, always somebody else’s. Do not waste your time with this company.

They always seemed to answer my millions of questions and any issues throughout the process they sorted, whether it was their job or not!
