These people are very good in responding to emails, calls and text messages as soon as it’s their working day.They never leaves tenant in dilemma. They are competent upon their work. Good in sorting out maintenance. Cherish and respect their tenants . In fact I can’t say it all here. They are perfect. Rent or buy from them and understand me later???????? .Be good and keep their houses in good condition and you will never regret?? It was very stressful we were let down twice, but their dedication was truly appreciated. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

12th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)As always Angela herself and staff are always helpful,thankyou,gone down hill,lost sale then told more or less my fault,to take the offer as they wouldnt show anyone else around during covid.Plus they wouldnt show anyone else around after the only offer was 15k less than the asking price Helen took it off market.when asked what do i want to do! Went on mkt in april,only put onto angelas site in july then only went on rightmove in AugustNow enquiring about rented and i nvr get told what houses they have to let yet told id be told by collete.just missed two now 12 th april,rang last week about parr lane my old house and walmer bridge and no one ever rung back as Collette promised

There were some complications with regards to conveyancing, but Ince Williamson understood and stepped in to help us conclude the purchase which became very stressful - they didn't have to assist so far as they did, but it was so appreciated
