Frankie looked after us from the first viewing to our completion date and couldn’t have done any more for us. She is friendly, efficient and always checked up on us. 12th Apr 2024 (15 weeks ago)As always Angela herself and staff are always helpful,thankyou,gone down hill,lost sale then told more or less my fault,to take the offer as they wouldnt show anyone else around during covid.Plus they wouldnt show anyone else around after the only offer was 15k less than the asking price Helen took it off market.when asked what do i want to do! Went on mkt in april,only put onto angelas site in july then only went on rightmove in AugustNow enquiring about rented and i nvr get told what houses they have to let yet told id be told by collete.just missed two now 12 th april,rang last week about parr lane my old house and walmer bridge and no one ever rung back as Collette promised
18th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)We recently used Moving Works for our house sale. We decided to go with them after seeing how much more effort they put into their customers house sale listings. Their presentation, photos/videos and detail are levels above the competition. It only got better as it went on. Our assigned agent Philippa was simply incredible from start to finish. She was so easy to get on with and when it came to the work, nothing was too much. She was proactive, responsive and knowledgeable about anything that we threw at her. 24 hours after our house was listed we got 7 viewings for the weekend and 24 hours after the viewings that Philippa did for us, we got 4 offers above asking price. The best decision we ever made with regards to our house, you really are in safe hands with Philippa and Moving Works. We highly recommend, 100% brilliant experience

Once our offer was accepted, we received excellent and prompt support from the Negotiator - Lorraine Kennington- Russell. She has been very helpful with any query, and assisting to swiftly communicate with the vendor and solicitors. He's not only professional and gets the job done but he is so easy to speak too and to be honest once you ask him to do something it's done. He's also really good at advising you no matter what the problem. He's awesome in my opinion and my house move would of not been the same without him. So thanks Dean X

24th Oct 2023 (9 mo. ago)I haven’t been involved in a house sale for nearly 25 years so this was a daunting experience. My house was valued and fab photos taken and sold after 5 weeks. I was informed on the status of all viewers and received feedback and marketing reports. It’s never easy to sell your house but realistically I believe Ben Rose guided me through the process. I have now found a house to move to and hopefully things will go well
