11th Oct 2024 (7 mo. ago)To initially value the property at £220,000 then drop it to £205,000 and except offers from £190,000 makes me wonder why put it on so high in the first place. It gave me false expectations and potentially lost out on an offer higher than what I have now agreed to now.

His valuation was reasonable, MB and his team handled all the viewings and updated us very regularly. We had an offer at asking price after a few weeks and would recommend MB's service.
