16th Nov 2024 (7 mo. ago)Roberts&Co were very friendly, however they talk a far superior game to the one they play. Proper screening of people to view as well as collation of post viewing feedback was poor to non existing. They were unable to advise on anything to help improve the chances of attracting viewers other than moving photos about on the listing or reducing the price. Very reactive and not pro-active. Had to pay £480 to exit the contract early even though they admitted they have underperformed for us.

12th Apr 2024 (1 year ago)As always Angela herself and staff are always helpful,thankyou,gone down hill,lost sale then told more or less my fault,to take the offer as they wouldnt show anyone else around during covid.Plus they wouldnt show anyone else around after the only offer was 15k less than the asking price Helen took it off market.when asked what do i want to do! Went on mkt in april,only put onto angelas site in july then only went on rightmove in AugustNow enquiring about rented and i nvr get told what houses they have to let yet told id be told by collete.just missed two now 12 th april,rang last week about parr lane my old house and walmer bridge and no one ever rung back as Collette promised

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

The whole stressful experience of the move was excellently managed by Jade who went above and beyond guiding me through the administrative minefield. The company is modern, up to date with how best to deal with a client's needs. I was kept fully informed throughout, response times were excellent and all calls were returned promptly. I decided to instruct Taylor Weaver, not only because of their professionalism and great customer service but also due to their deep insight and knowledge of the local market, enabling them to provide realistic and meaningful valuations in relation to commercial sales and lettings. Looking forward to working with James and the team at Taylor Weaver again to manage all our commercial property needs. There were some complications with regards to conveyancing, but Ince Williamson understood and stepped in to help us conclude the purchase which became very stressful - they didn't have to assist so far as they did, but it was so appreciated
