The communication has been spot on. The valuation was realistic, and in that respect they feel like an ethical agency to work with.
12th Apr 2024 (25 days ago)As always Angela herself and staff are always helpful,thankyou,gone down hill,lost sale then told more or less my fault,to take the offer as they wouldnt show anyone else around during covid.Plus they wouldnt show anyone else around after the only offer was 15k less than the asking price Helen took it off market.when asked what do i want to do! Went on mkt in april,only put onto angelas site in july then only went on rightmove in AugustNow enquiring about rented and i nvr get told what houses they have to let yet told id be told by collete.just missed two now 12 th april,rang last week about parr lane my old house and walmer bridge and no one ever rung back as Collette promised

24th Oct 2023 (6 mo. ago)I haven’t been involved in a house sale for nearly 25 years so this was a daunting experience. My house was valued and fab photos taken and sold after 5 weeks. I was informed on the status of all viewers and received feedback and marketing reports. It’s never easy to sell your house but realistically I believe Ben Rose guided me through the process. I have now found a house to move to and hopefully things will go well

We were doubtful as heard this before and the house had been on the market for over a year. Well less then two weeks an offer was in and the house is sold. would highly recommend Mark and also Agency UK to anyone trying to sell in this tough market
