Paul and the team kept us informed throughout a tricky sale, made more difficult as I am based in Australia. We achieved a strong result. Thank you!

9th Jul 2026 (11 weeks ago)?????<br><br>A huge thank you to the team at Entwistle Green Cleveleys!<br><br>Collecting the keys to my latest flip was a great experience from start to finish. The team were friendly, welcoming and made everything really straightforward.<br><br>What really stood out was the unexpected new home gift box waiting for me when I collected the keys. Such a thoughtful touch and something you definitely don’t expect from an estate agent. It’s the little things like that which leave a lasting impression!<br><br>Looking forward to transforming this property and hopefully working with the team again on future projects. Highly recommend if you’re buying or selling on the Fylde Coast. ?

22nd Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)We wanted quotes from 3 agents and Kingswood stood out by valuing the property much higher than the others. We were surprised as the difference was huge. Not sure which quote was accurate now. Doing some works on the house before selling but I’m not convinced theirs was the most accurate quote? ??????
8th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Once again, Shari, Daisy, Crispin and their excellent team helped us sell our home. They were attentive and supportive throughout the process. Shari was instrumental in ironing out all the finer detail, ensuring both parties were full informed, fairly treated and hence matters progressed very smoothly. A great professional service all round. Wouldn't hesitate recommending Shari and her team whether buying or selling.
5th Sep 2026 (21 days ago)UPDATE: Loses three stars because after you move out of one of their properties after paying rent on time for over two years, they will try and charge you rent until the end of a twelve month stint. Trying to make me pay £525 in rent for a place I don't live in. I find it ridiculous and insulting that after being such a reliable tennant they would then try and chip some more off.<br>In these hard times why is an estate agent (which has to be one of the easiest companies to make money for nothing) trying to claw money off their tennants even after they moved out under the guise of it being until they find a tennant or the term ends. Be better at running your company and find a tennant so you don't lose money. Don't charge the last tennant for it so that you don't have to work as hard to get the big bucks. This is just typical of a greedy company that doesn't care about people's needs or necessities.<br>Disgusting. Would now only recommend if you are staying for full years at a time. Like that is even a thing these days.<br>BELOW IS MY ORIGINAL REVIEW<br>Fantastic service. I enquired online late last night and this morning the call came. By this afternoon I had a place agreed and ready to move into. Can't thank them enough after getting pretty desperate for a place. Olivia was great. A credit to the company. Thanks again

29th Jul 2026 (8 weeks ago)Well when you call a voice recording says they are base on their reputation and well sadly I cant say its a good one booked to view a house and waited and had to phone in the end and it wasn't booked in which in my opinion its not professional and feel very disappointed
24th Sep 2026 (2 days ago)I challenged the £1,350 rent on my bungalow and pointed Dewhurst towards directly comparable neighbouring properties.<br><br>They insisted £1,350 was correct and defended that position before an independent Tribunal.<br><br>They LOST!<br><br>The Tribunal determined the rent at £1,200 per month.<br><br>What makes the whole situation even more ridiculous is that I tried to resolve the rent issue directly beforehand. Dewhurst had every opportunity to deal with it sensibly and chose not to.<br><br>In my view, the way this was handled was both unprofessional and incompetent - and the attached Tribunal determination speaks for itself.<br><br>Would I rent through Dewhurst again? Absolutely not.<br><br>If you rent through Dewhurst, check the local market carefully and make sure you are not being overcharged.<br><br>P.S. Dewhurst’s response below conveniently rewrites the sequence of events. Before I applied to the Tribunal, I had already asked Dewhurst to reduce the rent to £1,200 based on the neighbouring comparables. They refused to resolve it, so I exercised my right to apply to the Tribunal.<br><br>Their response also makes much of the fact that I had originally agreed to £1,350. The Tribunal itself recorded that Dewhurst knew I was relocating urgently for a new job, that I asked whether the rent could be negotiated and that this was refused. It expressly said my acceptance of £1,350 should not, by itself, be treated as evidence that £1,350 represented the open market rent.<br><br>And yes, I later proposed £1,000. I’m not the letting agent claiming expert knowledge of the local rental market. Dewhurst were the professionals insisting £1,350 was correct.<br><br>The Tribunal determined £1,200. Dewhurst lost.- 28th Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)I've called about 8 times and gotten through once.<br><br>Had to go through the Preston office to get Fulwood to call me back even after leaving Fulwood a voicemail.<br><br>Once I actually got through to Fulwood to organise a viewing, they said they'd speak to the vendor (doing their own viewings) and get back to me. That was a week ago, still heard nothing.

23rd Sep 2026 (3 days ago)The level of service we have received from Mark is exceptional - we have been trying to find our forever home for sometime now and Mark has gone above and beyond to assist with this and we can’t thank him enough - he is a cut above the other local estate agents who never seemed to be interested in even contacting us with any new property coming to market. Would we recommend Mark?? Absolutely ??????

18th Sep 2026 (8 days ago)It is the first time I have used an estate agent as I have lived in my present house for over 30 years. Stone’s Young Blackburn are nothing like what I imagine is the stereotypical estate agent, they are very down to earth. I dealt with a number of people and from the initial valuation, the photographs, the viewing agents and all the staff in the office they were all excellent. They have always returned my calls promptly and have been professional and helpful at all times.<br>I’ve no intention of ever moving again but I would have no hesitation in recommending Stones Young to anyone who needs an estate agent.
19th Sep 2026 (7 days ago)I recently sold my late mother’s park home through Houseclub. I have nothing but good things to say about the service provided. From the initial valuation, to the ongoing communication on viewings right through to the final sale - everything was handled with diligence, care and friendliness. I live in Kent (which is quite a way from Lancaster!), and so Houseclub managed the whole thing for me, which was a huge load off my mind. That being said, communication was clear - regular updates on sales in the area, trends, and whatnot, on top of the expected viewing confirmations etc. Initially I was a little concerned that, as it was a park home (not _particularly_ high value) that less effort might go into managing this sale - not so. If anything I always felt like a premium customer and whenever I called or emailed, time and patience were always shown. As with many park home sales (unfortunately), the sale was far from smooth - I think any other agent might have wobbled, or given up (especially, as mentioned as this was not a high commission sale), but Houseclub ensured that all sides had clear communication, with the buyers kept happy along with myself. I'd like to single out Sarah as being fantastic - friendly, professional, and always positive - but literally everyone I spoke to was delightful, so while I feel very lucky to have been in Sarah's safe hands, I'm also confident that any of the staff I spoke to or dealt with would have been tremendous too. I'd wholeheartedly recommend Houseclub. They really went above and beyond for me and I'm very happy with the outcome.

The sale was concluded quickly and we never had to chase for information. Finally, the fee was very reasonable and among the most competitive in the area. We would highly recommend them to anyone.

They always seemed to answer my millions of questions and any issues throughout the process they sorted, whether it was their job or not! Great knowledge, understanding and advice from everyone I spoke to in the office! Special mentions to Carly, Deborah and Ross!

We were kept informed about each stage of the process, from prospective buyers to their levels of interest, purchasing circumstances. We were offered helpful advice and support at every stage, culminating in a smooth exchange. 8th Sep 2026 (18 days ago)Lune Valley Estates took over the sale of my partners house after having no luck with previous estate agent. Rob said he could sell in exchange for an toblerone from duty free and he did just that. He took ownership of what to do next, sorted out the photographer who was absolutely amazing at his job and the photos proved that! My photos received 100s of comments. Rob is Efficient, approachable, knowledgeable and friendly, often going out of his way and out of “working hours” to support.<br>We dealt with Rob direct but on occasion did liaise with the rest of the team at LVE who were equally as friendly and helpful.<br>If I was to sell again I would 100% ring up Rob and ask him to support.. and yes, I’d ring him direct. Can’t thank Rob and his team enough for enabling me to start a new chapter after 20 years! Moving isn’t for the faint hearted but Lune Valley Estates made it bare able and smooth even though at times it was bumpy.<br>Thanks again Rob and Team!
