The team were friendly, welcoming and made everything really straightforward.<br><br>What really stood out was the unexpected new home gift box waiting for me when I collected the keys. Such a thoughtful touch and something you definitely don’t expect from an estate agent. It’s the little things like that which leave a lasting impression!<br><br>Looking forward to transforming this property and hopefully working with the team again on future projects. Highly recommend if you’re buying or selling on the Fylde Coast. ?

22nd Jul 2026 (20 days ago)We wanted quotes from 3 agents and Kingswood stood out by valuing the property much higher than the others. We were surprised as the difference was huge. Not sure which quote was accurate now. Doing some works on the house before selling but I’m not convinced theirs was the most accurate quote? ??????

We were getting to a stage of panicking about whether we were to get a rental house or not.<br>We had tried out many agencies and not being successful. We then landed on Entwistle and they made it so easy for us. It was from phoning after seeing a property on line, viewing to the last bit of the process. They are organised, have good customer service, excellent guidance and we loved the process all the way. If you think I am bluffing, just try them.

Professional and personable, everybody I’ve met makes letting your property as straightforward as possible. Evie deserves a special mention. She goes above and beyond and is delight to work with!
29th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Well when you call a voice recording says they are base on their reputation and well sadly I cant say its a good one booked to view a house and waited and had to phone in the end and it wasn't booked in which in my opinion its not professional and feel very disappointed

31st May 2026 (10 weeks ago)Don’t ever use dewhurst homes and avoid at all costs A property that we loved recently went up for sale We agreed a visit When we got to the visit the person showing us around had no clue on the property, the onward chain and couldn’t answer basic of questions, not there fault at all. More on the company sending her out when she specialises in rentals, we then put a bid forward and told it was rejected. We then proceeded to put a second offer in, they called us and said our first offer rejected no word on the second offer, we told them the second offer and was told oh this would be rejected and basically laughed down the phone. Third offer sent and same again told it wouldn’t be accepted, we then went above asking price and was told by Dewhurst homes the seller had accepted much higher but not responding so our offer is accepted, we agreed a mortgage and conveyancer and now been told sorry we’ve gone back to original person as been back in touch. Please avoid and take care if having any dealings with these rats- 28th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I've called about 8 times and gotten through once.<br><br>Had to go through the Preston office to get Fulwood to call me back even after leaving Fulwood a voicemail.<br><br>Once I actually got through to Fulwood to organise a viewing, they said they'd speak to the vendor (doing their own viewings) and get back to me. That was a week ago, still heard nothing.
4th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)On market for 6 months. Had mark as our sale advisor. Had around 10 viewings but no offer was received. Overall can't fault imove. Knowledgable about the area and was always engaged with communication and updates.
3rd Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)We dealt with Ben Richardson on the property we secured recently and he was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly in everything he did for us. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he replied to all our queries in a calm and efficient manner. We would have no hesitation in recommending Ben at Farrell Heyworth in Garstang, he is very pleasant to deal with.
27th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)I have recently sold my house via YOPA and came to start viewing houses in the Longton and surrounding area, doing viewings second viewings and in some cases making offers. I have found Moving Works the most reliable with regard to the valuation they do. The staff I have dealt with in viewings and discussion around offers with MW are a step ahead of other estate agents in the area, they provide an all round excellent service in the world of selling and buying houses in the South Ribble area of Preston.<br>Mike Lawler

I cannot recommend Susan Eve Estate Agents highly enough.<br>This was a challenging, non-straightforward sale as the property had fell into disrepair and was being sold by two estranged, separate Executors.<br>Right from the beginning when Rachael came to value the house, I could see her passion for the job, knowledge of the area and commitment to achieve a sale.<br>When a buyer was found after a short period of time, the whole team worked together putting my interests to the forefront. Communication with them was excellent and replies to queries always speedy. No matter who you spoke to they were all updated and on the same page. They dealt with sensitive issues with upmost diplomacy and professionalism.<br>They have worked miracles and managed to sell a property I thought would 'never sell in a million years' and achieved a good price. Thank you team!

Another estate agent had been involved but they had not managed to get the sale over the line. Marie Holmes Estate Agency identified genuine buyers and had viewings scheduled quickly. Communication was excellent. My son was guided through the whole process by the staff who used their expertise to ensure the sale was quick and mostly stress free. Fabulous communication on completion day meant that the removal went smoothly. Very happy.

Every member on the team was friendly, professional and helpful with every aspect of finding me a home. From viewings to having my offer accepted and the whole process after they were fab. Kept me informed through the process and helped with any issues I had too. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any buying/ selling in the future and would 100% recommend! Thanks girls ????????????
