However the day has finally arrived, and I can not go without saying a great big thankyou to the lady that kept me sane through the whole process. Gail Dyson you have no idea how much you helped me to keep my stress levels at a low, the constant phone calls that I made to you and not once showed any impatience or annoyance, which I could not have done. You are truly amazing at your job, extremely professional, and kept the reputation of Tiger estates to an all time high. I sincerely hope that you are recognised with in your company for all your hard work and efforts that you showed me , as I am sure you show to others. Enquired about a parking space, took three phone calls to get a call back and then informed me I needed to provide three months in advance and a £100 deposit even though the listing said £0 deposit and another member of there team said you could pay monthly. Maybe try to get your facts straight.
18th Jun 2026 (9 days ago)I contacted the agency regarding a property I was interested in buying and, unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I first sent an email with some basic questions and waited a couple of days, but received no response. I then called the sales department directly to follow up. The person I spoke to on the phone was very unprofessional and came across as irritated, giving only short and abrupt answers to simple questions. To make matters worse, I was hung up on twice during the conversation. As a potential buyer, I expected clear communication, patience, and basic courtesy. Instead, I felt dismissed and unwelcome. Buying a property is a serious decision, and good communication from an agency is extremely important. Based on this experience, I would be hesitant to deal with them again.

Patience when I cancelled a couple of viewings when we changed our mind. Hoping we've found the property we want with them. Frank is a gentleman .

Right from the start, the way they presented and marketed our home was first class — it really stood out, and that made all the difference. The whole team were brilliant: proactive with their communication, quick to respond, and genuinely supportive at every stage, which took a lot of the stress out of the process. A couple of people deserve a particular mention. Georgina did a great job negotiating the deal — calm, sharp, and clearly working hard to get us the best possible result. And Michelle was superb at progressing the transaction, staying on top of every detail and keeping everything moving smoothly through to completion. If you're after an estate agent who'll genuinely look after you , we'd happily recommend Moving Works. Five stars.

Another estate agent had been involved but they had not managed to get the sale over the line. Marie Holmes Estate Agency identified genuine buyers and had viewings scheduled quickly. Communication was excellent. My son was guided through the whole process by the staff who used their expertise to ensure the sale was quick and mostly stress free. Fabulous communication on completion day meant that the removal went smoothly. Very happy.

He was professional, respectful and extremely knowledgeable and made the whole process very seamless. I could tell that he really loves what he does and this instilled trust. 30th May 2026 (28 days ago)Property sold after 3 days of listing and completion took place around 1 month later. Can't complain - Divan & Jack were amazing and kept me reassured the whole time. I'll be bringing Let Property another one of my on the next tax year. Highly recomended.
8th Jun 2026 (19 days ago)I would absolutely not recommend using this estate agent. The level of communication throughout the sale was extremely disappointing. Urgent matters regularly went unanswered for days, and I often found myself having to chase for updates rather than being kept informed proactively. As the sale progressed, it felt like I was doing the majority of the chasing myself, constantly contacting solicitors, buyers, and other parties in the chain just to keep things moving towards exchange. For a service that you are paying for, this simply shouldn’t be necessary. We were repeatedly told that “this is the final thing needed” and that exchange was imminent, only for another issue or delay to suddenly appear. The process was plagued by delay after delay, causing unnecessary stress and frustration for everyone involved. Selling a house is stressful enough without having to constantly chase your estate agent for answers and progress updates. Unfortunately, this experience fell well below expectations. Avoid at all costs!

She was professional, responsive, and made everything smooth and stress-free from referencing through to arranging the move in date.
