Paul and the team kept us informed throughout a tricky sale, made more difficult as I am based in Australia. We achieved a strong result. Thank you!

26th Aug 2026 (4 weeks ago)I visited a property with my son looking for his first home. We were met and accompanied by Ollie who was just the most perfect agent. He was polite, well dressed and very well spoken and answered all our questions professionally. Very approachable and really looked like he was enjoying his job. We have been to view many properties over the last few months and I can honestly say that we were lucky to get a smile from any of the agents who accompanied us from other companies. It made viewing the property so much more enjoyable. My son has since bought the house we viewed and Ollie has been helpful with after sales questions also. Keep up the good work Ollie. You are doing a great job.
22nd Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)We wanted quotes from 3 agents and Kingswood stood out by valuing the property much higher than the others. We were surprised as the difference was huge. Not sure which quote was accurate now. Doing some works on the house before selling but I’m not convinced theirs was the most accurate quote? ??????

I must shout out Maisie, who was exceptional in helping me find a property over the course of months and she enabled that everything went smoothly. She was attentive, easy to talk to and approachable. Nothing was too much of an ask and she made me feel super comfortable with my queries.<br>Thank you to Maisie & Frank Wyles!

The estate agent that showed us round did not seem particularly knowledgeable or enthusiastic about the property. The office never followed up for feedback either.<br>Wouldn't want anyone to put their house up for sale with them and then wonder why it isnt selling

As someone who hasn’t lived in the area before, she gave me great advice on the best places to live and what would be most suitable for me.<br>Emily was always quick to respond to any questions I had and kept me updated throughout the process, including calling me whenever plans with landlords changed. She was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout my property search.<br>I would definitely recommend Entwhistle to anyone looking to rent in the Preston area. Thanks for all your help.
4th Sep 2026 (22 days ago)Fees, fees and more fees!<br><br>If you’re a landlord, be prepared for the extras. It feels like every time you turn around there’s another charge coming out of the rent.<br><br>Finding us a tenant was all very smooth and they were great at the beginning, but after that I’ve really struggled to see the value for money. We already pay them every month t(if i'm honet, not really sure what for), yet there always seems to be something else to pay for.<br><br>The most frustrating part is having money deducted and then having to chase them ourselves to find out what it was for. Surely the very least you should expect is to be told before someone takes money from you?<br><br>They seem very geared towards keeping tenants happy, but as the people actually paying Bridgfords, I’m not convinced landlords get the same consideration.<br><br>Great at finding a tenant. Not so great for your bank balance afterwards.

We had been messed about by sellers of a previous intended purchase so when we noticed our current house was back on the market after the sale falling through they facilitated a short notice viewing with an hour of my enquiry. We were ready to complete so needed to move fast so we didnt risk losing our buyers so every time i needed speedy information to move the purchase along they obliged. They met me at our new house with the keys to avois us having to go and collect them after driving over from Manchester with 3 restless dogs which really helped. Was accommodating to all our requests so couldnt fault service at all. Thank you all.
2nd Sep 2026 (24 days ago)I will never try and buy a house advertised by this estate agent ever again. Excuse after excuse, delay after delay. 4 months of being messed about and we still can’t get a moving date, so we’ve walked away. Absolutely massive waste of time.<br><br>Excuses include (and I have email screenshots ready if they reply to this review trying to deny it):<br><br>- We don’t want to chase the seller’s solicitor because they get grumpy when we do that – well I’m sorry but I need you to put your big girl pants on and deal with it like a professional.<br><br>- The vendor is rubbish at admin – yes that was actually an excuse - quite happy to throw their own clients under the bus.<br><br>Amongst so many other pathetic excuses. It was never their fault, always somebody else’s. Do not waste your time with this company.

The sale was concluded quickly and we never had to chase for information. Finally, the fee was very reasonable and among the most competitive in the area. We would highly recommend them to anyone.
