27th Jun 2024 (30 days ago)I have bought my first property, it's underneath a property managed and maintained by these idiots. My property has been damaged by this property, and now the maintenance lead is refusing to take my call. This company is slimy, take your services elsewhere.

From viewing, putting in our offer, updates along the way, to picking up the keys - we cannot fault the fantastic, friendly and kind service we've received. A huge shout to Nicola Turner who has supported our purchase from start to finish. Nicola is always on standby to help and provide updates between ourselves and the seller. Her communication was spot on! It was an absolute pleasure for Nicola to finally hand us the keys to our new home. I would highly recommend Entwistle's services :). He Allowed us to view the property and enabled us to picture how it could be our family home. We have viewed lots of houses over the past few weeks and this by far the easiest.

Frankie looked after us from the first viewing to our completion date and couldn’t have done any more for us. She is friendly, efficient and always checked up on us. 18th May 2024 (10 weeks ago)We recently used Moving Works for our house sale. We decided to go with them after seeing how much more effort they put into their customers house sale listings. Their presentation, photos/videos and detail are levels above the competition. It only got better as it went on. Our assigned agent Philippa was simply incredible from start to finish. She was so easy to get on with and when it came to the work, nothing was too much. She was proactive, responsive and knowledgeable about anything that we threw at her. 24 hours after our house was listed we got 7 viewings for the weekend and 24 hours after the viewings that Philippa did for us, we got 4 offers above asking price. The best decision we ever made with regards to our house, you really are in safe hands with Philippa and Moving Works. We highly recommend, 100% brilliant experience

Once our offer was accepted, we received excellent and prompt support from the Negotiator - Lorraine Kennington- Russell. She has been very helpful with any query, and assisting to swiftly communicate with the vendor and solicitors. I highly recommend Keenans Estate Agents for anyone wishing to buy or sell in the Lancashire area. Thank you.

18th Mar 2024 (19 weeks ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

I would recommend them to anybody.
