9th Dec 2024 (5 days ago)Worked off and on with Tiger over the years. Their valuations are usually on the mark, they are not a company who over inflate the price to get the sales contract and then let you down. Simon has done most of my valuations for me and I trust him implicitly.

We dealt with Simran who has been so helpful throughout the process, explaining all of the steps to us as first time renters. She was always friendly, approachable, and more than happy to assist with any questions I had, no matter how random. We arranged multiple viewings, and nothing ever seemed like too much trouble for her. I would definitely use their services again, whether for buying or selling a property

31st Oct 2024 (6 weeks ago)Just moved into our gorgeous new home ???? all thanks to Helen, Sophie, Francesa, Charlotte and Chris who have all been absolutely amazing, so professional so kind and so helpful to the point where it has made me want to go and see them in the office ???? I had a house to sell too, they have made the process of buying and selling a house on my own much less daunting than I anticipated. I highly recommended the truly lovely team in Leyland for anybody who is buying/selling their home, you can put your trust in them through this life changing process. It says a lot when you are arranging a thank you celebration with your estate agents ???? Special thank you to Frankie for making me cups of tea ???? Thanks again you have made my children and I beyond happy & grateful ???? x

27th Nov 2024 (17 days ago)We have recently used MovingWorks for the sale of our property. We could not be happier with their service. From start to finish they have been amazing. They have gone above and beyond to ensure everything has gone smoothly. We opted to use the 'Reservation Agreement' service they provide which gave peace of mind and reduced the risk of chain breaks. Both Rachael and Michelle have been extremely professional and made the whole process a lot easier. The service that they have given us has exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend them.
8th Nov 2024 (5 weeks ago)Managing some flats. Advised them in May 2024 to terminate tenancy failed to do it now 6 months later they still have not done it. Allowed tenant to damage my property and done nothing about it. STAY AWAY from these cowboys AWFUL service.Absolute Rubbish.

Great team of people working there. Could not recommend more highly. Update - the purchase of my new property has gone through. Kieran was our point of contact and I cannot thank him enough, he went above and beyond throughout the whole process.

18th Mar 2024 (8 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Everyone in the office was so nice and helpful at what was for me a difficult time. I was kept totally informed all the way and they kept an eye on the house for me when I couldn’t as I don’t live nearby. I knew from first meeting though that Marie was the right person. She really saw how nice a house it was.

The team is professional, responsive, and truly committed to supporting their clients. Special thanks to Anne, Julie-Anne, and Alex for their attention to detail and going the extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly, even when unexpected issues arose. It’s rare to find a conveyancing solicitor who answers calls and emails so promptly. Highly recommend!

5th Jul 2024 (23 weeks ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
