Fast communication and quick to escalate if anything needed to be picked up. They were a lot more responsive than the estate agents we were with. We will definately use Reeds Rains if we ever come to sell again!

We made an appointment to see Chris Holmes our mortgage advisor within a matter of days. Chris worked his magic and got us a mortgage offer within 2 days of applying. He was available whenever needed ( even out of working hours) and managed to find us the most convenient solicitors to make our process from MIP to now in our new home all in the space of 8 weeks.Chris also found us the best life insurance. Absolutely 5 star ? from us would 10000% recommend

Their local market knowledge was spot on, and as an ex-estate agent, I didn't detect any 'spin' or false promises. We are very happy with the buyer they brought us, and Rachael Worrell has been uber-professional. Based on our experience thus far, I would not hesitate to recommend them to those considering selling their home.

Mark, Jack and Harriet were brilliant during the process from taking the pictures for the advert, handling the viewings and the communication during the completion stage. Great value on sales fees too compared to other agents, we would highly recommend.

She truly has gone above and beyond to help with the whole process even dealing with things that were really outside of her remit. I just wish I’d used Forbes to sell my own house at the same time as, from the day it was sold last September to now, I haven’t had a single communication from Ben Rose. In comparison, Lisa at Forbes has kept in touch on a regular basis and done a lot of work to keep things moving so if you’re looking for an exceptional estate agent I would certainly say use Forbes.
