22nd Jul 2026 (9 weeks ago)We wanted quotes from 3 agents and Kingswood stood out by valuing the property much higher than the others. We were surprised as the difference was huge. Not sure which quote was accurate now. Doing some works on the house before selling but I’m not convinced theirs was the most accurate quote? ??????

From our very first meeting at our apartment and all throughout the process to completion (which took a lot longer than usual) she was always available by phone, text or email. You are in good hands if she is your contact person!

Cause criminal damage and these lot do nothing about it. Absolutely shocking company. Allowing rats to come from the house next door. Absolute sham

As someone who hasn’t lived in the area before, she gave me great advice on the best places to live and what would be most suitable for me.<br>Emily was always quick to respond to any questions I had and kept me updated throughout the process, including calling me whenever plans with landlords changed. She was friendly, professional and very helpful throughout my property search.<br>I would definitely recommend Entwhistle to anyone looking to rent in the Preston area. Thanks for all your help.

4th Sep 2026 (22 days ago)Fees, fees and more fees!<br><br>If you’re a landlord, be prepared for the extras. It feels like every time you turn around there’s another charge coming out of the rent.<br><br>Finding us a tenant was all very smooth and they were great at the beginning, but after that I’ve really struggled to see the value for money. We already pay them every month t(if i'm honet, not really sure what for), yet there always seems to be something else to pay for.<br><br>The most frustrating part is having money deducted and then having to chase them ourselves to find out what it was for. Surely the very least you should expect is to be told before someone takes money from you?<br><br>They seem very geared towards keeping tenants happy, but as the people actually paying Bridgfords, I’m not convinced landlords get the same consideration.<br><br>Great at finding a tenant. Not so great for your bank balance afterwards.
23rd Sep 2026 (3 days ago)The level of service we have received from Mark is exceptional - we have been trying to find our forever home for sometime now and Mark has gone above and beyond to assist with this and we can’t thank him enough - he is a cut above the other local estate agents who never seemed to be interested in even contacting us with any new property coming to market. Would we recommend Mark?? Absolutely ??????

My experience of Crown Estates was a perfect combination of exceptional professionalism, genuine care and outstanding value — I would recommend without hesitation. It’s difficult to put into words just how grateful I am to Lisa for everything she has done for me throughout the sale of my home. Selling a home, especially on your own, can be such a challenging and emotional process, but Lisa was incredibly patient, supportive and so generous with her time. There were moments when it felt like it might never happen, but she was always there — listening, reassuring me, talking things through. What stood out most was that she never made me feel like I was asking too much or that I was simply another client. She showed such warmth, care and understanding throughout, and went far beyond what I could ever have expected from an estate agent. Having Lisa alongside me made such a difference. I genuinely couldn’t have asked for anyone better to have been part of the journey. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone looking for an estate agent who truly cares about their clients. Lisa, thank you for everything. I’m so grateful for your kindness, support and everything you did to help me get to this point. You are an absolute credit to the profession. ?? 27th Sep 2025 (11 mo. ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!

From start to finish, the whole process of renting our home was smooth, professional, and stress-free.<br><br>A special thank you to Mark and Umar, who went above and beyond to help with everything. They are incredibly knowledgeable, always available to answer questions, and gave excellent advice throughout the entire process. Their professionalism, honesty, and attention to detail made us feel confident and supported every step of the way.<br><br>If you’re looking for an estate agency that genuinely cares about its clients and delivers outstanding service, look no further. They always seemed to answer my millions of questions and any issues throughout the process they sorted, whether it was their job or not! Great knowledge, understanding and advice from everyone I spoke to in the office! Special mentions to Carly, Deborah and Ross!
6th Sep 2026 (20 days ago)Avoid this company they made buying our first home an awful experience. I’d especially advise you to avoid Susie Ralston and Paul Howell. Told me the role as an estate agent is to list and sell a property and any chasing of a chain is simply a good will gesture and falls outside of the estate agent’s ethics.<br>They had the audacity to advise thier contact log showed 32 contact points since April. Yes 32 times I had to chase and ask for updates to which I was met with nothing meaningful and to contact my solicitor. They also had the cheek to say I knew the vendors daughter in law so I had updates from them - shouldn’t have to justify I know sometime from a school run not personally as a friend.<br>Ignored my complaint request for compensation.<br>Property onbudsman is my next step.
