22nd Jul 2026 (20 days ago)We wanted quotes from 3 agents and Kingswood stood out by valuing the property much higher than the others. We were surprised as the difference was huge. Not sure which quote was accurate now. Doing some works on the house before selling but I’m not convinced theirs was the most accurate quote? ??????

Professional and personable, everybody I’ve met makes letting your property as straightforward as possible. Evie deserves a special mention. She goes above and beyond and is delight to work with!

She was always approachable, professional, and willing to help throughout the entire process. I would highly recommend her to anyone buying or selling a property. Even after the sale was completed, she continued to offer advice and support whenever needed, demonstrating her genuine commitment to her clients.

4th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Booked a valuation with Entwistle Green, Preston branch and they didn’t turn up to do the valuation. Attempted to make contact and couldn’t get through. I eventually spoke to Head Office and was told the Valuer’s car had apparently broken down. No telephone call to advise that they would not be attending. Avoid at all cost!- 5th Aug 2026 (6 days ago)We have received professional service from Sarah Sellick during the letting of our property, we are confident that we now have a very good tenant for the future. 4th Aug 2026 (7 days ago)Website lists loads of houses for sale but when you go onto each advert,they are sold stc, and as I've been looking for a couple of months then many of these are older than that. Clickbait website- 28th Jul 2026 (14 days ago)I've called about 8 times and gotten through once.<br><br>Had to go through the Preston office to get Fulwood to call me back even after leaving Fulwood a voicemail.<br><br>Once I actually got through to Fulwood to organise a viewing, they said they'd speak to the vendor (doing their own viewings) and get back to me. That was a week ago, still heard nothing.
4th Jun 2026 (10 weeks ago)On market for 6 months. Had mark as our sale advisor. Had around 10 viewings but no offer was received. Overall can't fault imove. Knowledgable about the area and was always engaged with communication and updates.
27th Jul 2026 (15 days ago)I have recently sold my house via YOPA and came to start viewing houses in the Longton and surrounding area, doing viewings second viewings and in some cases making offers. I have found Moving Works the most reliable with regard to the valuation they do. The staff I have dealt with in viewings and discussion around offers with MW are a step ahead of other estate agents in the area, they provide an all round excellent service in the world of selling and buying houses in the South Ribble area of Preston.<br>Mike Lawler
6th Aug 2026 (5 days ago)Very good experience with your move. Sarah was very helpful over a couple of viewings, met me at the property on her day off, nothing was too much trouble, always replied promptly to all emails overall great customer service would definitely recommend
27th Sep 2025 (10 mo. ago)There were several issues. Initially we decided to have accompanied viewing. Our first 2 viewings were only 15 minutes apart which resulted in both sets of viewers here together! We cancelled accompanied viewings but on 2 further occasions viewers told us that their viewings had been put forward at least a week due to "shortage of staff". On the last viewing- just before our contract finished- we had a call from FH asking if we still required accompanied viewing-a matter we had cancelled 5 months before! When the viewers arrived they told us they had tried to view about 3 weeks earlier but were told no-one was available!
23rd Jul 2026 (19 days ago)The absolute dedication and professionalism of Mr Michael Foreman in dealing with a most difficult sale.<br><br>What should have been a relatively straightforward sale (empty house, no chain) turned into a 7-month nightmare.<br><br>Unfortunately, my conveyancer was not up to the job. Michael kept me informed and worked above and beyond to get the sale through up to the point where my conveyancer's supervisor reduced my bill with apologies.<br><br>I would recommend Leaders without hesitation

Especially Dannielle Britt and Scott Johnson their help and excellent service that I have received is a perfect way to interact with me as a client. They both treated me as a friend rather than just a client.

20th Jun 2026 (7 weeks ago)My son just sold his house through Marie Holmes Estate Agency and they have been brilliant from start to finish. Another estate agent had been involved but they had not managed to get the sale over the line. Marie Holmes Estate Agency identified genuine buyers and had viewings scheduled quickly. Communication was excellent. My son was guided through the whole process by the staff who used their expertise to ensure the sale was quick and mostly stress free. Fabulous communication on completion day meant that the removal went smoothly. Very happy.
17th Jul 2026 (25 days ago)Please stay clear of this company. They are highly unprofessional and have no desire to stand by their own terms and work in a smooth and timely manner. They do not stay updated on any progress when working through a purchase of a property and do not act as if they want to get to completion within their own 60-day terms. I had two occasions on the same property when a mortgage valuation was booked in, and the Jack Senior at Let Property assured me the first would be completed. Once no one turned up at the property to allow access for the valuation, it had to be rebooked, and when I spoke to Jack again he assured me 100% someone would be there. But again, when the valuer arrived at the property no one was there to allow access. Also during the process it would take days, sometimes a week, to get a simple bit of info or just a return call from Jack or anyone at Let Property. They set 60-day completion terms, which I was happy to work to and moved fast on my side, but when they constantly delayed things, it got to the point nothing was moving foward. On top of this, they take a reservation deposit and will not refund it has we are past the 60-day terms even with the delays being their own fault. I would highly recommend staying clear and using any other company. I have found Pure Investor to be very professional, helpful and hardworking to make sure both the seller and buyer are happy and continue to get things moving forward.
