16th Aug 2023 (1 year ago)Amazing. Literally found us a buyer within 3 days. Proactive, helpful and kept in communication throughout the whole process. Wouldn't go with anyone else in Worksop as they were also great for us whilst letting out our property and renting.
1st Jun 2022 (3 years ago)Didn't respond at the phone when you call them an you need to go more times to fix something. For example they have 3 weeks from when we start to tell them the heating is not working and we have a wall which properly can fall any time and can hurt someoane and the water flows every day in the kitchen.

I can t thank them enough for there caring, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable approach x

Joel was very knowledgeable of the process and we were pleased with the photographs - he even returned to take more after he wasn’t satisfied with the a couple. Georgina has been brilliant with negotiating our sale and liaising with the estate agents through whom we are purchasing too. We have found that Bartons communication is superb.

3rd Jan 2022 (3 years ago)I have only very good things to say about this lovely company. If you are looking for a property to rent then I highly recommend Smith & Co. There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! After many years I feel like I'm part of one big Smith & Co family! Top notch!

They are honestly the best agents in the area, I have such a great experience with them. They do care of the tenants, and they work so hard to solve any issues and to they make you feel like home. Since my initial enquiry, they have been extremely helpful, easy to contact and so welcoming. They are super approachable, and they communicate and deal with their customers in a friendly and professional manner from the start. The rent fees of their properties are also generously priced. First class service, cannot recommend them enough!

Valuation perfect - valued it at more than I expected but achieved their valuation with a great deal of interest generated. Sold within two weeks! Kept me informed of viewings and enquiries. Would definitely recommend Morfitt Smith for their professional service.

7th Apr 2025 (10 weeks ago)The house we were selling was in a village, old and quirky, this narrowed the market down considerably. After being on the market for some time, with the occasional time wasters and the let's have a look around someone else's house this weekend people, some friends who have rental properties suggested Butlers. Dave and his team turned out to be knowledgeable, professional and friendly, The property was on the market again for some considerable time, due to the unusual quirky property, Dave and his team stuck with it, he sometimes looked as fed up as we were, but it all worked out well in the end, thanks for sharing the slog, Dave and your merry band.
4th Jun 2025 (12 days ago)I am absolutely disgusted with Bettermove!! They offered to buy my house for a fixed price, having deducted 20%! Which is what I told them I wanted a 'quick' sale. They offered of 2 options. Or, they said they could market it for a month AND actually LIED and stated they HAD investors INTERESTED in MY property!! Within a week I realised they had NO investors!! So, when the 'month' was up I asked if they would buy the house for the price they had stated instead. They said they would take a FURTHER 20% off AGAIN!!! Had they told me this would happen in the first place I would've just sold it to them!!! AND, in the process, they have DEVALUED the market value of my house!!! I think its absolutely disgusting that they seem to act without any conscience. They lie and are not up front with what the options really are. They have set my house selling back by possibly years now!! If there were an Ombundsman or official way to report them I would do so!
