I have only very good things to say about this lovely company. If you are looking for a property to rent then I highly recommend Smith & Co. There's a lot of bad landlords out there but in my experience of renting a property from Smith & Co for many, many years now, I can truly say that you wouldn't go far wrong to rent from this caring, compassionate, understanding, professional and considerate company! I have had many wonderful, trouble free years' renting from Smith & Co. To be honest, I really wouldn't want to rent from anyone else now. Sara and her team are all so lovely! We can not recommend Smith & Co enough! From the first meeting, Sara and her team put us straight at ease and our meetings were like catch ups. Every discussion was met with excitement and enthusiasm and we felt like we were their only client! Throughout the whole process the team were very professional and the effort put in to get the best out of our property was phenomenal. Considering Smith and Co. are a small agent with no high street office, the service we received was uncomparible to any other. Within weeks of going to market we had secured 8 viewings and 2 amazing offers allowing us the ability to sell our property and follow our dream. In March 2021 we completed on the Purchase of our new family home and Smith & Co Estates played an instrumental role in supporting us through the entire process. From first impressions when I met Sara on our initial property viewing, I was very impressed with the level of professionalism. Sara worked with us and the seller to support the negotiation process and secure the property. We were so impressed with the team that we appointed Smith & Co to market our home. The quality of the marketing material and the individual house branding was first class and really made a difference. We secured significant interest and sold within 2 weeks of going on the market. When due to unforeseen circumstances, our initial buyers had to pull out, the Smith and Co team mobilised again immediately, and sold our property again within weeks for an enhanced offer. We were delighted with the result. The wider team including Julie and Olivia were also amazing to work with, keeping us completely updated and informed at every step of the process. In fact, the team became friends over the course of the process. Smith and Co bring a really compelling proposition to the market with high level marketing, bespoke property branding and a really professional back office team. We have had a fantastic experience with smith & co From the moment I met Sara I knew she would sell our home and the whole team have been supportive kind and professional throughout the process. The brochure marketing and photos were another level and definitely had the wow factor. It was very different to the previous marketing we had with other agencies. Being a first time buyer is very daunting..what to look for...questions to ask ect. The team at Smith&Co were more like family and friends with a profesdional edge.There was laughter and in some cases tears but i wouldnt of got to where i am without there help and support...sadly due to circumstances beyond my control i wasnt able to continue my purchase, However there is No doubt in my mind that i will look to work with them in the future. I chose to use Smith & Co because of their care, honesty and reliability - I couldn't recommend them enough! Each member of staff I have spoken to are so informative and prompt with their replies.
