Constant and regular communication throughout the whole process. Excellent customer service I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.

8th Dec 2024 (23 weeks ago)We had a mixed experience with Preston Baker. We chose them for their reviews online and at first contact with the Doncaster office they were quick to reply and tried moving our sale along promptly. Then our agent suddenly stopped communicating and when we tried contacting them we found out she had left but no one informed us. This happened a couple of times. Our house was eventually assigned to Terry Burrows (Leeds office) and she was good to us. She took care of our sale for almost a year until the end, even after two potential buyers dropped off and issues with the house made our sale more complicated. Sadly by then the market had changed and we weren’t able to sell for the value we had hoped for. Not sure if I would recommend the Doncaster office. I would recommend Terry for sure. (Terry, if you are reading this thank you for persevering with us and for helping us get a decent price in a difficult selling process)
23rd Oct 2024 (6 mo. ago)I have rented a property via Blundells Rotherham and at times it was difficult to get them over phone. I urge them to pick up voice mails and respond to emails in a timely manner. But once someone takes up the issue, then there is no problem- 8th Jan 2025 (19 weeks ago)We had the best experience having Ed as our mortgage advisor! He went above and beyond to make sure we were kept in the loop throughout the application process and as first time buyers, made sure we understood everything perfectly! We would definitely ask for Ed’s help again in the future! :) As for the estate agent team, they have all been amazing! Very professional and on top of everything but also incredibly friendly and approachable!

My agent Ben really went above and beyond for what turned out to be a difficult conveyancing experience but we got there in the end! I would definitely recommend Nested for a bespoke service you don’t get elsewhere.

We had four agents come round, but only one stood out from the rest. That one was Oz Billings from EweMove. The other three agents seemed to have a set script almost robotised, also inflexible with their viewing times. We decided to go with EweMove in Anston. We felt instantly at ease with their representative Oz Billings. He gave us confidence with his knowledge and friendly manner. During the sales process, he was always on the ball, constantly giving us updates on how the process was going, day or night! Oz came up trumps on a professional but personal and friendly level. He is a credit to EweMove. Our sale went through although there were problems with our buyers' solicitors. Oz was even instrumental in helping to sort that out too. If you are going to sell your home in the Anston area, seriously consider using EweMove , and insist on the BRILLIANT Oz Billings! Huge Thanks & Hugs from Carol & Marie.

There is no communication between those who work at Alexander Jacob and even less with clients. Personal experience as a buyer - lost thousands as a result of the incompetence and lack of accountability. BEWARE

18th Jul 2024 (10 mo. ago)Wanted details on the Southwell Prebend house after a while I received it requested further information and a guidance on price and a viewing no reply a very well known Southwell resident who I visit discussed it with me ,I wasn't saying I was going to buy it but it would have helped if I was at the very least been given further information . Any how I gave up!! As far as I'm aware unless an agreement has been made which hasn't it should be open for a viewing.

Never heard anything from them had 2 viewings in 6 moths. We swapped estate agents and had 6 viewings in 2 days and sold witching 3 weeks.

5th Apr 2025 (6 weeks ago)We were recommended to Reeds Rains by a friend who had recently sold a property and was highly satisfied with the service they received.Just sold our property during a difficult time in the housing market. Liz the manager at the Dinnington office was very attentive as were the other members of staff and nothing was too much trouble and would always return missed calls etc. Very happy and would recommend.
