We’ve been in 3 months now and unfortunately our oven broke. We honestly couldn’t have asked for anything better, the issue was resolved within 5 working days. He wears his heart on his sleeve and you won’t find anyone better to deal with. Absolute top quality service

28th May 2024 (1 year ago)They sent viewers who were not proceedable or unsuited to a shared/communal garden. We got feedback from viewers only after asking everytime.
26th Feb 2026 (15 days ago)the house I was selling was part of an estate which I was executing, the property had many issues and Mike guided me through the maze of potential problems achieving a good result for the estate beneficiaries- thanks Mike! I was especially thankful for the regular updates and the general 'keeping in touch'.

22nd Jul 2024 (1 year ago)They did a good job selling my house. I felt well looked after and received useful advice along the way - especially when the market changed very suddenly and I needed to make decisions regarding possibly dropping the price. I’d definitely recommend them!
26th Jun 2023 (2 years ago)Avoid at all costs. This estate agent are relying on reputation to get away with putting minimum effort into the promotion and sale of properties. When you sign up with them you are constantly pestered with their "partners" trying to sell conveyancing and other services despite the fact that they are not doing anything to try and promote the property. Topping that off they will trap you in an overly long contract which is nearly double the length of any other local estate agent.

The communication and support I have received and continue to receive is very impressive so I do not feel I am alone as I go through this process. The photographs of my property were taken by a professional so online presentation is excellent. My experience is one of feeling valued as a customer. I am happy to recommending Julian Wadden to anyone looking to sell their home.

They do a great job at sourcing brilliant landlords and brilliant properties and helping to maintain them whilst you are there. Thank you so much for everything xx

2nd Nov 2018 (7 years ago)Been dealing with/working with Waltons for years from my time at the council and also running my own business. I have always found Martin and Kate to be very knowledgeable and refreshingly work very hard to promote 'betterment' for their business and their customers/clients also for the areas where they have properties. In my opinion, they are certainly the most reputable commercial agents in Tameside and very knowledgeable and experienced and speak common sense.

2nd Feb 2026 (6 weeks ago)We’ve just completed our home move with Moore Homes and honestly can’t thank them enough. It’s been a long and stressful journey with lost buyers, delays in the chain, lots of changes along the way. They were great from the very start, but in particular Helen, from the initial photos right through to completion, she’s been brilliant. I’ve made endless phone calls and sent her hundreds of emails, and she was always happy to help, always answered, and always got back to me quickly. Without her the whole process could have been unbelievably stressful. Her support made such a difference. Would 100% recommend Moore Homes to anyone thinking of moving.
