25th Jan 2025 (20 weeks ago)The whole estate agent service that we received from the Marple branch team was nothing short of a perfect experience and never once have we felt any frustration during the process as the pressure was always soaked up by the branch Very knowledgeable personable staff who clearly put customers needs at the forefront Special mention has to be given to Rachel though as she was an absolute star throughout the whole process and we feel that she went well above our expectations when dealing with an estate agent She’s a genuinely likable person whose experience dealing with customers shines through and gives the personal touch From the initial valuation through to the sale we have clearly been her priority as the personal service we have received was fantastic No questions were ever too much trouble and many regular phone calls with updates were frequent with literally same hour replies and on her day off Dale was more than capable to help us and he also is a very friendly likable helpful chap Overall it was a very enjoyable stress free process from this clearly professional well run branch of Bridgfords by Gary the manager Never thought that we would actually enjoy dealing with an estate agent so big pat on the back to Rachel and the whole friendly team at Marple I think my wife will miss the regular chats on the phone Well done Bridgfords and Gary on having such a good team working together Thanks for everything Lisa & Paul p.s From a financial side Bridgfords gave us the highest valuation and also an extremely competitive % selling costs

Dean for his knowledgable and professional advice, Bryce and Rebecca who have kept us up to date with the progression of the let and have responded swiftly to any requests we have made of them. We have a long and positive history with Dean and his team and they have exceeded our expectations once again.

22nd Jul 2024 (10 mo. ago)They did a good job selling my house. I felt well looked after and received useful advice along the way - especially when the market changed very suddenly and I needed to make decisions regarding possibly dropping the price. I’d definitely recommend them!
26th Jun 2023 (1 year ago)Avoid at all costs. This estate agent are relying on reputation to get away with putting minimum effort into the promotion and sale of properties. When you sign up with them you are constantly pestered with their "partners" trying to sell conveyancing and other services despite the fact that they are not doing anything to try and promote the property. Topping that off they will trap you in an overly long contract which is nearly double the length of any other local estate agent.- 1st Feb 2024 (1 year ago)The staff are all polite and professional They attend to their tasks efficiently They are responsive and reply to queries quickly and efficiently
21st Sep 2022 (2 years ago)I have to say in the early stages of purchasing my intended property that “ Linda” who showed me around the property initially as viewing rep for J.Waddon was the best I’ve encountered. Her professionalism was exceptional…. Even after the viewing ..running to my car saying she had found the keys left by vendor to open the patio door onto garden and getting me to go back in with her to finish the viewing completely. Georgia as well in the office like a breath of fresh air compared to other agents I’ve experienced from wilmslow to marple who don’t come close. Totally impressed.

He has dealt with prospective buyers on our behalf in a very efficient manner and we are pleased to say that it looks as if we have a buyer within quite a short time of the house going on the market.

Moore Homes marketed the whole property and the flats individually, quickly finding a buyer for the whole property. The sales staff were knowledgeable and informed all parties of the progress being made through to completion. We would have no hesitation in recommending Moore Homes either to market your property or to purchase through.
