He explained in detail how the process of selling works and also buying our next property. He was very informative. The pictures he took were outstanding!! The office staff have kept us updated throughout & again so polite and professional. Lovely people, lovely company!!

We have been greatly impressed by their friendliness, approachability, patience and kindness from the initial valuation of our property to sale completion. 11th Jul 2024 (16 days ago)I cannot praise Dale, Rachel and Gary highly enough! Four days on the market and my house is sold. Dale and Rachel beant over backwards, viewing the property themselves, sourcing and sending the perfect buyers, not one single time waster. They kept me updated with appointments regularly working around my hectic schedule. Thank you guys so much for making an incredibly stressful time so much easier!!!

From day one we were given excellent help and advice. All the staff were very professional, easy to contact, friendly and courteous. Also thanks to other members of staff we did not meet who kept us up to date as the sale progressed. We would not hesitate to recommend the Marple branch of Edward Mellor. John & Pauline Johnson.

I am landlord and the exceptional service I have received from him I really do thank dean what an asset to reed rains. Also would like to thank Rebecca and Nick who have also been great through the process with my brother selling his property. Highly recommend.

Dealt with Liz at Marple office what a star she went the extra mile in everything she did kept in touch as soon as she knew anything what she didn't know she would go that extra mile to find out, couldn't have asked for more. 21st Sep 2022 (1 year ago)I have to say in the early stages of purchasing my intended property that “ Linda” who showed me around the property initially as viewing rep for J.Waddon was the best I’ve encountered. Her professionalism was exceptional…. Even after the viewing ..running to my car saying she had found the keys left by vendor to open the patio door onto garden and getting me to go back in with her to finish the viewing completely. Georgia as well in the office like a breath of fresh air compared to other agents I’ve experienced from wilmslow to marple who don’t come close. Totally impressed.

2nd Nov 2018 (5 years ago)Been dealing with/working with Waltons for years from my time at the council and also running my own business. I have always found Martin and Kate to be very knowledgeable and refreshingly work very hard to promote 'betterment' for their business and their customers/clients also for the areas where they have properties. In my opinion, they are certainly the most reputable commercial agents in Tameside and very knowledgeable and experienced and speak common sense.

Adam is a genuinely nice guy and this, in combination with his impressive knowledge and expertise, got our house sold (for the full asking price) in less than 3 weeks! Since then, Adam has continued to offer us advice and support and has been an absolute pleasure to work with. We honestly couldn’t be happier and would highly recommend him to anyone!

Neil has been sensational during the whole process, ensuring our application and move in went as smoothly as possible - to which I can confirm, it has been! 3rd Jul 2024 (24 days ago)I cannot praise the team at Moore Homes in Bramhall enough. Fantastic team and helped us get the house we wanted and set our hearts on. Lots of bumps in the road prior to exchange but they were with us all the way and provided the right expert knowledge and advice. We used them for both sale and purchase. Always in contact no gaps in communication or updates regardless of who picks up the phone. Highly recommended.
5th Jul 2024 (22 days ago)BE VERY CAREFUL!!! Once these lot have your deposit they ignore you. We agreed to buy a buy to let from these and went through the mortgage application with our own agent. We then found out they had overvalued thr property by a fair amount, not allowing us to get a mortgage. We were then told we had to use their mortgage person, which cost us another £300 but we had no option. They also could not get us a mortgage because the value was less than 50k. Upon telling these lot, they are now ignoring our calls, you can't speak to the refund team as only on email, no managers have phones and they won't give us our deposit back even though it states we are entitled to it back for following their stipulations. I'm no being ignored by the salesman Jack and no one will return emails etc. I will be taking this to the Ombudsman too, to highlight this appalling service and blatant overvalued to gain mortgage applicants. They had the same listing on their site for £52,500 and £46,000. We found this after we had agreed a price. So be very careful not to deal with these people. They are rude and have total lack of customer service once they have your deposit. Zero stars from me!!!
