Kept me uo to date with viewings and feedback .
Once the sale was agreed they were very good at chasing the solicitors .
Shame the solicitors are not as efficient as the team in Whaley bridge .

Three wasted Monthes with no help or interaction from this company. In the meantime 3 great houses lost in the area we wanted to buy in. Complete waste of time. We would not reccomend using them Frustrating and disaapponting. Didnt even return our house key. Had to call into their office and collect. Absolute joke.

We swapped agents to Gasgoigne Hallman who were effective, responsive and professional.
Our house was marketed quickly, shared with potential buyers and communication was excellent.
Once a buyer was found the sale was handled brilliantly. Lorraine's team are excellent, feedback is brilliant and communication and updates clear.
If I needed to move again I would return to Gasgoinge Hallman without a doubt. Thank you!

As long distance purchasers, our experience has been very good throughout. The staff have consistently provided friendly, helpful and timely reponses to all of our requests and questions.
The only reason we've not felt able to award 5 stars is due to the brochure/on-line description of the house which majored on the local environment and infrastructure but gave very little detail on the house and its fixtures.
Consequently, being able to view the property we purchased before we were proceedable was a huge advantage to us as long distance buyers and was the key to securing our early offer. Allowing this was in marked contrast to many other agents in the area. A big thank you to all the staff in the Whaley Bridge office.

Take photos when moving in. I highly suspect they are using agents who favor landlords in order to elicit the maximum return from the DPS.
These guys are, in my opinion far from impartial.
Be careful if you are a tenant.
