I was happy with their customer service, the property reception and consultants
I found that the auction process broke the service and they became distant, I receive an initial email from John Sweeton which made me feel a little uncomfortable, as he put a kiss at the bottom and I had only just met him, never spoken to him before and I did not want that on the bottom of this professional signature as I have not and do not deal in business in this way
