27th Aug 2024 (23 days ago)We bought a house recently through Jackson-Stops in Shaftesbury, and having bought and sold through many agents over the years, I can happily say they are the most professional and pleasant team we have dealt with. It wasn't the most straightforward sale process, but we felt supported and well advised by Jackson-Stops throughout. Thank you!

We met Harry and Tracyann at our property who guided us through evaluation and viewings, they were both exactly what we had hoped for, open and informative. From that point on I mostly spoke with Bridget. She is amazing. Always there to speak to and send messages to, a huge asset to the team. I really can’t thank Bridget enough for all she did for us and the way she worked tirelessly on our behalf. Not only was she so friendly she also made me feel genuinely supported throughout the sale of our property. She was happy to relay back and forth to multiple parts of our chain. Worth her weight in gold!
16th Oct 2022 (1 year ago)Pitch at the start to make us choose them was good. From the time we signed it was awful. Communication was non existent, never called to promote properties to us which means they didn’t do this for ours to others. We had to rewrite and reorder the advert to ensure it was correct. Don’t have premium service with rightmove to make properties stand out. Only 2 viewings in 12 weeks when other properties in the area were selling in days. I wouldn’t recommend this agent to anyone!

19th Aug 2024 (4 weeks ago)We recently bought a house in mere through hambledons shaftsbury..and they were a dream to deal with.. especially Francine, who was supportive, knowledgeable, positive and really friendly throughout ..even when things were complicated, hambledons remained totally committed to us, and then when we finally completed, they were as overjoyed for us as we were, if you have any estate agent needs, hambledons shaftsbury and specially Francine are definitely who you should go to..thanks Francine and the team!.png)
