Our sale was thankfully straightforward and completed in just over 3 months. We cannot fault the Wimborne team and would highly recommend them.

From the outset, Sarah guided us expertly through the holiday let market, taking the time to truly understand what we were looking for and presenting us with exactly the right opportunities. We visited Sarah on a Sunday and she gave us her entire day, going well beyond her normal working hours and into her own personal time, something that really set her apart and showed how genuinely committed she is to her clients. Sarah found us the perfect holiday home, which we completed in June, and we could not be happier with the result. She combines exceptional professionalism with a warmth and friendliness that makes the whole process feel effortless and enjoyable. Any queries have been dealt with promptly and we have had a successful sale after lack of progress with another agent.
6th Feb 2022 (4 years ago)I would definitely not recommend Goadsby based on recent experience as a buyer. They were extremely pushy, unprofessional and much more interested in their commission than providing an honest delivery of service. Avoid at all costs.

30th May 2026 (28 days ago)Property sold after 3 days of listing and completion took place around 1 month later. Can't complain - Divan & Jack were amazing and kept me reassured the whole time. I'll be bringing Let Property another one of my on the next tax year. Highly recomended.

25th Apr 2026 (9 weeks ago)Nick provided an excellent service, got my house sold after I saw a property that I really wanted a few weeks before. The way he promoted our beloved family home with aerial views via drones, and show cased the photos and video really promoted it was amazing, which brought in viewings and finally someone viewed my home three times and an offer was made and we sold it, in the meantime the property I wanted was still for sale, offer went in and today we sit in our new home having moved 24/04/26. Well done Nick it is something to be proud of.

While the details of the purchase ended up being a bit tricky, as someone who was working on behalf of the seller, Matt surprised us by how available, honest, genuine, and helpful he was to us, the buyers.
