Wasn’t an easy sell as we had a kind of marmite place; you either loved it or hated it. Great communication from the team throughout the whole process. I would definitely use them again if were to sell another property.

31st Jul 2026 (11 days ago)I joined Domvs after a lacklustre service from another agent. The difference in service was phenomenal, like trading in a Fiesta for a Ferrari! Within a short time they had achieved an asking price offer on my house!<br>I am truly grateful to the staff in the Wareham office for their professionalism, especially Marcus, who has patiently guided me through the minefield of conveyancing!<br>I would recommend Domvs Estate Agents without hesitation.
18th May 2026 (12 weeks ago)We highly recommend Irving’s - they are fantastic from start to finish- so professional but also warm and friendly and caring! They work hard from start to finish to sell your home and help you find the right property for you! Emails are replied to quickly also. Never once did I feel the need to chase or prompt - so much work is put in behind the scenes to make selling/buying as smooth as possible and the team are always approachable! We hope to never move again but if we were to, wouldn’t hesitate to use Irving’s 100%- 29th Jul 2026 (13 days ago)Our experience with Nicky was totally magic! Helpful, empathetic and kind. 3rd Aug 2026 (8 days ago)We have recently bought a house through Fisks. The customer service from day one was, unfortunately, very poor.<br><br>The problems started at the very first viewing, which we had booked via phone call with their office after an expression of interest through Rightmove. We turned up, and no one was there. When I called the office, I was told they had no record of the booking. A representative did eventually show up (the same person I spoke to on the original booking who claimed to have no idea), but she seemed completely uninterested in being there. Very little engagement and desire to understand our position because we “weren't ready”. Not the best experience when being sold a house. Despite this, we put our own house on the market, and sold it within 7 days.<br><br>From offer acceptance to exchange took 16 weeks, well in line with the current UK national average. Throughout that time, Fisks' behaviour, in our opinion, was not professional. We understand the need to check the progress of the chain, but their approach was to hound all of us repeatedly. Communication was entirely one-way; Fisks rarely returned our phone calls, yet towards the end they spent weeks chasing and pressuring everyone else in the chain, including our own buyer’s solicitor. At one point, they even accused us of lying about our buyer's status, despite having kept them and the seller's solicitor updated throughout. By panicking and hounding five different parties at once, they were inevitably confused and created mixed messages for themselves. It felt like their own internal mismanagement and poor communication meant they simply couldn't keep track of the facts.<br><br>We were also subjected to threats that the house would be relisted if we didn’t exchange by a certain date (never happened and screams bullying tactics). The most frustrating part was that after being put under an immense amount of pressure to rush the process, the sellers themselves weren't actually ready to complete within a timely window anyway, which felt totally unjust.<br><br>To top it all off, on our second viewing we asked Fisks if the buyer was going to leave the white goods. They followed up with an email asking us if we would like to purchase them for a fee. We politely declined. Further down the line, we were presented with the contents and fitting form from the seller's solicitor, which, in fact, did stipulate that the white goods were being left. So we instructed our solicitor to ensure that they were remaining in the property, which they did agree. Move-in day comes, no white goods, a hefty amount of money being spent not only on our part to replace, but also by the sellers to remove what should have been left as per the contents and fittings form. Overall, a very sloppy sale.<br><br>This high-pressure, unorganised approach is exactly how housing chains collapse. I am incredibly relieved to no longer have to deal with Fisks, and I cannot recommend them based on this experience.<br><br>Sadly, the property had already been on the market for 6 months with a previous agent, and it seems such a shame that Fisks have taken the commission, as it definitely wasn’t earned in this case.
31st Jan 2026 (6 mo. ago)Been with enfeilds for 5-6years. Always been fair. Natasha who manages our property for us now is very kind, considerate, and quick. I reported a small leak on Friday evening, she replied instantly and had a contractor booked for the next Tuesday. Brilliant. We also have a great landlady. Between both our landlady and Natasha, we are always looked after.

Although he was the estate agent for the house we were buying, he genuinely went above and beyond and felt like he was our own estate agent during the sale of our home too. Moving house was incredibly stressful, but Ed was always there to keep us updated, chase things when needed, answer our questions, and reassure us whenever we were worried. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his communication, professionalism, and genuine care made such a difference throughout the whole process. We're so grateful for all of Ed's hard work and support in helping us get into our new home. If you're looking for an estate agent who truly cares about their clients and goes the extra mile, we couldn't recommend Ed highly enough. Thank you again for everything!

From start to finish, the team made what could have been a daunting process feel manageable and even enjoyable.<br><br>It started with the viewing agent, who was knowledgeable, well-prepared, and happy to answer all the questions I threw at her. The branch manager was equally fantastic, offering great advice and endless patience with an impatient, clueless first-time buyer (that was me!).<br><br>I would absolutely, without a doubt, buy a house through this branch again, and would especially recommend the people who helped me get to this stage. 13th Jul 2026 (29 days ago)Amazing support a first time buyer!<br>From the beginning, both Sol and Simon demonstrated their professionalism and experience. As a solo first time buyer, I had so many questions about the process and options which they provided me with detailed, unjudgmental, honest and timely responses to. The purchase took longer than expected due to so many interdependencies unrelated to Simon and Co, however they remained in contact and up to date on all aspects of the conveyancing. Even weeks after completion, Sol and Simon were still on hand to answer any queries I had. Overall, I felt incredibly supported by Simon and Co and would definitely recommend them as a great estate agent.

After waiting for days with no contact, I chased it up and got told again they were waiting for viewing dates. One day later I checked and the property has been let.........<br><br>A few months back got ghosted too regarding viewing another property.<br><br>If this is their customer service at the very beginning, would you want to rent out with them?<br><br>Big fat no.

Jack and the team were always on hand to offer support and make sure the transaction was progressing as well as possible. A special mention regarding their property photography, which stood out amongst competitors. I would not hesitate to recommend Link Homes. She kept us updated every step of the way, was always professional, approachable, and proactive, and made what could have been a very stressful process feel so much easier.<br>The communication from the whole team was excellent, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. 1st Jul 2026 (6 weeks ago)I cannot praise Meyers in Wimborne enough. Becky arrived at the property having researched sale prices locally for similar properties. She gave me a folder with all this information plus what to expect should I appoint Meyers. Once I appointed Meyers they exceeded any expectations in so many ways. Most of our communication was made through WhatsApp which meant it was easy to respond and refer back to information contained in the chat. Nikki, who was included in this chat, was as swift as Becky when it came to updating me with information. Particularly useful when I was out of the country for a month. My thoughts were always taken into consideration and I was advised accordingly. The advertising of the property was done well, with an instagram post, a video of the property and environs plus excellent photography. It was adverted across a number of sites to make the most of getting to as many views. I feel the cost was value for money and would definitely recommend Meyers of Wimborne to anyone selling in the area.

29th Jun 2026 (6 weeks ago)If I could give 0 stars I would. They were agents for my MILs property, we had 4 months where no payment made and when I queried it and asked for statements Bhav became very defensive and said they couldn’t access statements easily but had nothing to hide and accused me of making accusations that were offensive - turns out they were completely true and money hadn’t been paid. Money was only paid because I went through statements and pointed out what hadn’t been paid. It took 6 months to get a response from TDS about deposit and as NH didn’t do their job properly my MiL got nothing back despite tenants leaving the property in a significantly damaged state. Avoid at all costs!
