We had decided to sell our lovely Coach house and wanted a sensible and honest valuation, we chose Domvs as we had noticed their property’s seem to sell easily. We had observed that some agents appear to over inflate the price to gain the instruction and months later the property’s are still for sale at a greatly reduced.
Within 3 weeks we had two offers on the table both in excess of the asking price.
We are extremely happy with the price we achieved and would like to thank every one in the Wareham office especially Trisha, Alison and Jon.

Beware: 4/5 bedroom converted bungalow, Waterloo Road, Corfe Mullen
My partner and I viewed this property in summer 2019. We were going to put an offer in on the property but were beaten to it by a cash buyer.
Roll forward a couple of months and we had a call from the estate agents to say the property had become available again. We were eventually in a position to make an offer, which was accepted. We asked why the previous buyer had pulled out and were told by the estate agents (DOMVS) that they didn’t know, that the buyers pulled out on the day of exchange and didn’t give a reason. We accepted that and moved forward with our purchase. We were also told by DOMVS that our sellers would be prepared to move into rented accommodation in order to sell. We agreed a completion in February 2020.
As time went on, we had unreasonable demands made of us by the solicitor acting for our sellers, who claimed he was simply following his clients’ instructions.
Each time we bent over backwards to placate our sellers. Just before we were due to exchange contracts, we had a call from DOMVS. It was in their own words “frustrating and disappointing” news. Our sellers wanted to extend the completion date out to the end of April. Apparently, their new build would not be ready until that time and they couldn’t find anywhere to rent for a couple of months due to them having two dogs in tow.
I pointed out there were numerous holiday lets available that would welcome dogs, having made a 5-minute internet search for such properties. Apparently, our sellers would not budge and on the day of exchange we received an inflammatory letter from their solicitor’s saying unless we exchanged by 5pm the following day, agreeing to the extended completion of end of April or earlier on 14 days’ notice from our sellers, they would be pulling out.
Because of these unacceptable terms, we pulled out.
This is to our knowledge, two buyers who have now pulled out on the day of exchange.
Since writing this review, a 'Response from the owner' was posted saying we understand I am in direct contact with Trisha Ashby-Rudd. Below is what I have received from Trisha since the collapse of our chain:
We have noted your comments, [the property] is no longer being marketed by us and wish you all the best for the future.

Additionally, I received a phone call today (Wed 11/12/2019) at 11:43 from their Dorchester office. The lady I spoke to did not identify herself, however, she did try to pass blame onto the respective solictors (although she denied that when I said that was what she was trying to do) and made a veiled threat of legal action under GDPR.
Perhaps you should have a closer look at GDPR before using it to make threats.
Polly, as I recall you did not introduce yourself, but if you say you did then fine, it's not worth debating.
As regards your other comments, the threat you made was quite clear to me. I ceratinly wasn't under the impression you were looking out for my interests but yours.
As you are probably aware, my solicitor is not at liberty to speak freely to you, so would have given very little away without asking for my authority to speak to you (which she hasn't).
