7th Nov 2024 (1 year ago)We used the Jackson-Stops team in Shaftesbury to market our house recently and we are so glad we did. Their approach from start to finish was excellent in every way. We were particularly impressed by the care they took over the photographs and presentation of the house, and by the fact that the whole team came to see the house before it was listed, to ensure they all understood the property's features and selling points. The pre-sale advice we received was relevant and helpful. The team achieved a very good sale for us during a difficult market period and helped us negotiate a final price we were more than happy with. Overall we would thoroughly recommend them to anyone with a distinctive property to sell and seeking a first-class estate agent service.

David on sales and nicky in the progression team have gone above and beyond to keep us updated , informed ,and able to make numerous visits over what turned out to be a particularly extended process .<br>I would have no hesitation in recommending DOMVS services to anyone wishing to buy or sell.<br>Always available, professional , and helpful . From start to finish, they were incredibly helpful, friendly and informative.<br><br>As first-time buyers, there were lots of things we weren’t familiar with, but they always kept us in the loop and made sure we knew what was happening throughout the process. Whenever we had a question or needed anything, they were very quick to get back to us, which was really reassuring.<br><br>Communication was excellent throughout, and we always felt well informed and supported. They helped make what could have been quite a stressful experience feel much easier and more straightforward.<br><br>We’re really grateful for all their help and would happily recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property. Thank you for helping us through such an important milestone.

Ryan, Nathan, Bridget and David were great. However a very special thank you to Charlotte who went above and beyond our expectations to see the process through. She was funny , serious and always professional.

Emma looked after us from start to finish and made sure cover was in place if she was away from the office. Emma was a pleasure to deal with, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. We were very pleased with the service that we received from Chaffers to find our fourth successive tenant and from Emma in particular. Thank you and well done.
24th Mar 2025 (1 year ago)My husband and I recently managed to get a property with Hamptons and we had an amazing experience. I got Charlie as my property manager and she is just fabulous, her quick responses and information you need she will help you with everything. She is so kind that she supported us throughout the whole process of tenancy and moving in a new property and out of the previous Apartment, things were much easier to sort out with her help. I met other people at the office as well and they treated us very nicely. I am so happy to be able to get a property through them. I would highly recommend people to come and visit or seek help to get yours ????

Maisie and Daniel kept us well informed and were always (within reason ??????) on hand for information and advice. They were never less than pleasant and professional. I’d happily recommend Boatwrights for buying and selling in the Tisbury area.

The current climate did lead to some challenges along the way, although the teams professionalism and knowledge of the market helped to smooth these out with ease. She supported my wife in securing a bungalow for her parents, who needed to relocate urgently to be closer for medical reasons, and she handled the whole process with genuine kindness and empathy.<br><br>She kept in touch every couple of days with updates, went above and beyond to make sure everything stayed on track, and was incredibly personable and easy to work with. Emma truly understood our family’s situation and made a stressful time feel so much more manageable.<br><br>We can’t recommend Emma at Chaffers highly enough. 19th Aug 2026 (6 weeks ago)I’ve been wanting to write this for a while but didn’t have the words. We moved into our property around 2.5 years ago which was sold to us via Connells in Shaftesbury. The mortage advisor Millie was brilliant, however as first time buyers I feel like the team really played on that. We had arranged to get a survey done of the house we intended to buy and one of the agents called us up to pressure us into not doing one as the buyers wanted to move. Telling us that because the “bank had agreed with the price of the house there was no need”. I now know this was a lie, the house has had issue after issue. From electrics and piping that isn’t up to standard and would of been flagged. Purposely hiding cut out carpet with furniture and so much more like hiding mould. I’m not sure if you record your phone calls but as a classified vulnerable customer I feel incredibly let down. We will probably never be able to move from this house because we can’t afford the costs. So if they try to convince you to not get a survey by claiming the bank agreeing to the amount is the same thing, please ignore them. It’s taken me so long to write this because I’ve been embarrassed but I also know they preyed on us being young and me being autistic and ‘guilible’.
