13th Feb 2021 (3 years ago)A friendly and supportive service. One sale fell through due to chain, but quickly found another buyer. Buyer was dragging their feet, but Nock Deighton kept the process moving. House was empty for 2 months due to prematurely pushing for tenants to leave, which was not great, but we got there in the end.
16th Feb 2023 (1 year ago)Fantastic team, everyone I dealt with was lovely. They sold my property without fuss. It was a difficult move for me and I had so much support, they really did go the extra mile. I also found them honest which was not what I experienced with other agents in the town when it came to purchasing. They will take time to present your property with expert photos, and will find you the right buyer, they will listen to you, they will guide you and they will support you. I can't rate them highly enough.

The photos were good and they responded positively to suggested alternatives or additions and the same for the text of the listing. Their communication by phone and email has been timely, responsive and professional.

She responded promptly and ensured the problems were sorted and the purchase went through. I would recommend the Agents and Charley without hesitation.
