Signed instruction to market and within the hour the advert was online, and the sign was up! Great communication from the team so far! Looking forward to working with BW&W to sell my home.

10th Feb 2025 (13 weeks ago)Shocking .....the admin staff are officious rude and insulting... they hide in the bushes with cameras policing a shared car park like vipers... but this sort of behaviours may be needed in your defthe court room. ???? personally I would use another firm.
10th Dec 2023 (1 year ago)One of the oddest experiences I've had in awhile, from the moment our listing went live we've had numerous issues with things being missing from the listing and then having to wait a week at a time for them to be added. Garage missing from the floor plan, bathroom missing from the overview, entire internal specifications missing from the description and then a month down the line noticing the EPC was never added even though we've got a valid EPC. The frustrating thing is that all of the above information was given before the listing went on and it was all still disregarded. When we emailed regarding our disappointment in the whole process and the fact we might want to take our listing down because it had been inaccurate for so long, it was gone within 24 hours with no response to our email. You can clearly see where priorities lay here.

I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. Emily talked me through everything and answered any questions i had and regularly text and called with updates, she chased solicitors up to keep everything moving and gave them a nudge where needed. 11 weeks after an offer was made we completed! Emily you have been wonderful and in the future if we decide to sell again i won’t hesitate to give you a call. I will only ever recommend you guys going forward.
